Taylor Swift In Plunging Bodysuit Told She Looks 'Constipated'

Pop star Taylor Swift is ready to be a wife, but it looks like she hasn't let go of her pop girl persona just yet. Despite getting engaged to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in August, the "Love Story" singer isn't dropping her new album until early October. She has already released promotional images for her new showgirl era, but it hasn't won over many fans. Some critics have called her "tacky" and "cheap," while others admitted that they thought she looked "constipated" in one shot.

Shortly after she announced "The Life of a Showgirl," Taylor started dropping new variants for her fans to purchase. One variant, dubbed "The Shiny Bug Collection," featured her posing up against the wall while wearing a shiny black bodysuit. Although some Swifties thought that the outfit was "giving" and that the singer was "slaying," others were clearly not fans.

"Every photo from this album either looks like a corpse or a constipated woman fighting with a wall in the restroom. It’s not sexy or provocative, it’s humiliating," wrote one user on a Reddit post that asked, "Who else is over" Taylor's "amateur" album covers.

The “Look What You Made Me Do” singer’s chest size also came under scrutiny, with some fans speculating that her bra didn’t fit her right. The main album artwork features Taylor in a glittering gemstone showgirl outfit, but it doesn’t look like it’s fitting her properly.

“God, I pray someone gets this lady a bra of her size and not 4 cups smaller because money can’t buy class,” one fan commented. Another agreed, writing, “It looks like it’s pinching her boob like a crab claw.”

Although she is now forever linked to her controversial American Eagle jeans ad, actress Sydney Sweeney stirred controversy earlier this year after selling off soap made from her bathwater. Some felt that the “So High School” singer was trying to recreate that same magic with her bathtub shot.

“Is she lying in a tub of the Sydney Sweeney bathwater soap here in a futile bid to absorb even the tiniest bit of sex appeal?” one fan asked.

“Trying to absorb those sexy genes via osmosis,” another user joked, playing on the “great jeans” advertisement.

Many users on the Reddit board were clearly not fans of her album artwork. “She looks so uncomfortable. From the pinched boob to the weird hairline to the dead eyes, the unflattering shade of pink, and the weird way the water cuts her face. It’s a disaster,” one user wrote, adding:

“Like, I can see what she was trying to do here, but like always, she misses by a mile. The lame Microsoft Paint cutout collage business that you do with magazines when you’re (gasp) 13, topped with that ugly font randomly spaced to look ‘creative’. She’s so lame for this.”
