The reality TV star may be focused on self-care, but her divorce from Aaron Phypers is proving to be anything but smooth. In the latest twist, Richards has accused her estranged husband and his family of causing significant damage to the Calabasas property they once shared.

The Blast reported new court filings where Richards claimed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion was left in disarray. In her statement, she alleged that Phypers, along with his parents and brother, left the home in poor condition, citing damage and disorganization throughout the property.

To back up her claims, she submitted photographs showing the state of the house. Images published by Us Weekly revealed piles of boxes, clothes, and paperwork scattered across multiple rooms. Other photos showed torn-up floors and clutter throughout the nearly 7,000-square-foot rental.

Denise Richards' Abuse Allegations Could Block Aaron Phypers From Spousal Support

Richards' divorce battle with Phypers continues to escalate, and legal experts say the stakes are high. The Blast spoke with family law attorney Amy Lass, who explained that Richards' accusations of abuse could completely derail Phypers' bid for financial support.

"This is not your average Hollywood split," Lass said. He pointed out that California law allows spousal support in cases where one spouse is unable to maintain the lifestyle they had during the marriage. But the rules change if abuse is proven.

"If Denise's claims are substantiated, the court may strip Aaron of any claim to support. Domestic abuse is a game-changer in California family law," she explained.

Richards has already secured a temporary restraining order and filed court documents describing troubling behavior. She accused Phypers of striking her, tracking her phone, hiding cameras, and making threats in front of her daughter.

Denise Richards is proving that even in the middle of personal chaos, it is never too late to reclaim your confidence.
