Denise Richards continues to butt heads with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, over their Calabasas home.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum rented the property with her then-spouse, who remained in the home with his family after she moved out in 2023. She recently filed a motion imploring the court to make her ex and former in-laws leave temporarily.
Days after her plea, Denise Richards returned to court with new allegations against Aaron Phypers and his family. She accused them of trashing the Calabasas rental and submitted multiple pictures as evidence of their crimes. However, her estranged husband shared a different narrative.
Denise Richards Accuses Estranged Husband Of Trashing Their Former Residence

According to new reports, Richards accused Phypers of destroying their former home, claiming he and his family left the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,985-square-foot mansion in a state of disrepair. She told the court:
"Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray."
Richards supported her claims with a series of pictures submitted into evidence. The images obtained by US Weekly captured multiple disorganized rooms, littered with various items, including messy, filled-up boxes, clothing, and scattered papers.
Other pictures revealed the rental's floors were torn up, leaving a mess and more clutter. However, a source close to Phypers claimed he and his family were in the process of replacing the floors. Additionally, they denied damaging the home like Richards claimed.
The TV Personality Implored The Court To Temporarily Kick Her Ex Out

The damage claims come days after Richards filed a motion for Phypers' temporary exit from the Calabasas rental. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she implored the court to kick her ex and his family out of the property for eight hours.
Richards explained that she had a restraining order against Phypers and needed the time and space to collect her dogs and belongings. She claimed her mother's keepsakes were also in the home; however, she urgently needed her ex gone for a different reason.
The TV personality confessed that she feared her treasured belongings would be damaged if she retrieved them after Phypers and his family were evicted from the Calabasas home. Richards claimed the landlord had begun the eviction process and sent two reminders asking them to leave.
The 'Wild Things' Star Stopped Paying Rent Early This Year

Richards explained that the landlord was seeking eviction due to overdue rent. She noted she stopped covering the bills in January after Phypers and his family refused to move out.
The landlord contacted her in July to request the fees and asked her to vacate the home by August. Sources claimed Phypers called BS on Richards' motion, noting her legal filing was another desperate attempt to distract the public from the truth.
Sources alleged that Richards wanted to bury the truth of her infidelity and used her domestic violence allegations to destroy Phypers' image. They argued that someone who claimed they feared for their safety, like Richards did, wouldn't visit Phypers unannounced as she did in July.
The Former Bravolebrity Accused Of Scaring Her Estranged In-Laws

The July incident saw Phypers calling 911 for help after Richards made an unannounced stop at the Calabasas rental. The Blast shared that his conversation with dispatch captured his fear for his parents' safety as they were left to face his estranged wife.
Reports claimed Richards turned volatile after she was allowed into the rental by Phypers' parents, screaming at them and shoving her fingers in their faces. She also got into a heated dispute with Phypers' brother, but authorities determined no crime was committed.
Following the news, the former Bravolebrity's attorney defended her actions. The legal representative claimed she rushed to the Calabasas property after learning that Phypers had removed one of her dogs "without her knowledge or permission."
However, he denied the allegations and slammed the narrative as a bully tactic.
Denise Richards Breaks Silence On Her Emotional Divorce

The drama over Richards' Calabasas rental came days after The Blast reported she addressed her divorce from Phypers. She broke her silence in an emotional Instagram post, revealing how challenging it was to go through a separation for a second time.
"This has been a very, very, very difficult time. It's so hard to go through a divorce," Richards confessed. She noted she never wanted to experience another heartbreak following her first marriage to actor Charlie Sheen, but fate had other plans.
Richards described her situation as "sh-tty," claiming she was pretending it was fine while battling her emotions. She added that she could not go in-depth about her separation from Phypers and thanked fans for their emotional support.
