Scott Wolf has scored another victory in his ongoing separation from his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.

The "Party of Five" star recently retained temporary sole physical custody of his three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, after a Utah judge first granted him the right in July. On the other hand, Kelley's controversial behavior sparked more losses.

Scott Wolf's estranged wife has been causing a stir on social media with shocking claims against the actor, including psychological abuse and stopping her from seeing their kids. Contrary to her claims, the court had ordered her to stay away from their home and visit her children under supervision.

According to new reports, a Utah judge upheld the terms of a temporary stipulated agreement between Scott and Kelley, which was granted during a July 15 hearing. The revised deal saw the actor retaining temporary sole physical custody of his three children.

Meanwhile, Kelley was granted "liberal" supervised parenting time. She was allowed three supervised video or phone calls per week during reasonable waking hours and could respond if her children initiated additional contact.

Although she shared legal custody consistent with the agreement with Scott, her estranged husband retained temporary "decision-making authority" regarding their children. The legal documents obtained by PEOPLE added that a social media and press gag order was placed on the former couple.

The agreement continued with an order for Kelley to stay away from the former couple's Park City home, while Scott was granted temporary exclusive use of the property. However, she was allowed to spend her parenting time at home with a mutual agreement on a supervisor.

Kelley did score a financial win, with Scott ordered to temporarily pay her $10,000 monthly for her living expenses and cover her car payments. He was also responsible for Kelley's minimum payments on credit cards and some attorney fees.

Scott had control of their marital funds and would use the money to cover some of the costs of Kelley's bills if she ever entered an inpatient treatment center. The most significant addition to the revised agreement was the order for a safe-harbor therapist for their three children, which banned parental interference.

Days after Kelley announced her separation from Scott on June 10, she was detained by sheriffs in Utah County and transported to a hospital. The welfare hold occurred after she allegedly made "concerning" comments.

Instead of addressing the drama, Scott prioritized his children and revealed they had gone on a trip on his Instagram Story. He dropped a picture of the trio on a conveyor belt at an airport, and captioned it, "On the road with my forever squad," with three heart emojis of different colors.

The actor appeared to be protecting his kids from their mom's allegedly unstable behavior. Kelley's friend called 911 over her "escalating mental health crisis," noting she was in desperate need of help but refusing to comply. "We've been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months," her pal claimed.

Kelley returned to social media six days after her June 13 detainment, with a picture of what appeared to be a hospital wristband on her arm while seated at a bar. That same day, she called out her friends for allegedly forcing her to stay married to Scott.

She claimed her marriage to the entertainer nearly ended a year ago when she "initiated" their split. However, "a small but very vocal group" of friends held her against her will. Kelley later denied the mental health narrative in July following her second psychiatric hold.

The Blast reported that she lamented her situation in a lengthy message on Instagram. She claimed she had $6 to her name after losing her status as a renowned consultant and was reduced to a "drug addict" for fighting against an unlawful system.

Scott Wolf's Estranged Wife Refutes The 'Crazy' Stories About Her

According to Kelley, the "extensive toxicology reports from two involuntary psychiatric holds" showed she had no drugs in her system. Instead, they painted her as problematic for inciting a riot and turning patients against staff, a crime she proudly acknowledged.

Kelley claimed she would not stop fighting until "every woman who asked for freedom and got a sentence instead is seen. Is safe. Is free." She argued that it was unfair for people to be held against their will and forced to take drugs, hence her mission to free them.

The TV personality's estranged wife added that she would not let the system destroy her, thanking her new lover and fans for sticking by her side. She was grateful that they didn't believe the "crazy" stories about her and vowed to keep speaking her truth.
