Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is officially a mom! The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star and her fiancé, Justin May, have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Vincent Keith May. Giancola shared the happy news on Instagram on Tuesday, August 26, posting the first photos of her son, who was born on August 20, 2025. “Welcome to the world my rainbow miracle baby. Vincent Keith May August 20, 2025,” Sammi Giancola captioned the heartfelt post. “After this very long journey to get here, words cannot describe how blessed and truly grateful we are. Forever living in our baby love bubble until further notice.”

The carousel of images included the newborn swaddled in soft blue-and-white, a tiny cap with his name embroidered across the front, and a sweet “hi, I’m new here” onesie. Another snap captured proud parents Giancola and May cradling their son as they left the hospital, glowing with excitement over their new chapter as a family of three.
