With the NFL and College Football season right around the corner, sportsbooks are pulling out all the stops to entice new customers to sign up with their platform. Still, according to Livvy Dunne, there's only one offer worth taking seriously.

In a new ad shared online to Fanatics Sportsbooks' social accounts, Dunne is seen in a short clip poking a little fun at other sportsbooks (without mentioning names) and reminding potential customers why the Home of the Fair Play policy is actually No. 1.
The Blast has previously reported on the company's fan-favorite Fair Play policy. Essentially, if a player is ruled out due to injury in the first quarter of an NFL game, the player prop is protected, meaning bettors won't be penalized for unexpected mishaps.
So, what's changed?
Fanatics Leads The Charge

On August 4th, DraftKings rushed to announce its own, watered-down version of Fanatics' Fair Play policy, which they're branding the "Early Exit" program.
According to their website, the "Early Exit" program offers customers cash credits if a bet is significantly impacted by a player leaving the game early due to injury.
Much like Fanatics, which announced its "Fair Play" policy in August 2024, DraftKings' "Early Exit" program will also recalculate all odds on any parlays impacted by an athlete's injury.
However, there are a few key differences customers should be aware of.
How Does Fanatics' Policy Differ From The Competition?

For those unfamiliar, Dunne recently teamed up with Fanatics, which has also collaborated with high-profile athletes such as former Cleveland Browns player Johnny Manziel, to star in a series of ads that will run throughout the NFL and College Football seasons.
In the ads, Fanatics also debuted its new tagline: "Winning Hits Different Here," which serves as a great reminder for customers about how Fanatics differs from the competition, specifically DraftKings.
Last week, Dunne also shared the good news that Fanatics' Fair Play policy has been extended from the first quarter to the first half of all football contests.
But how does it compare to the others? Well, the difference is night and day.
First, Fanatics refunds its users in cash, while DraftKings only issues credits. Additionally, Fanatics processes refunds in 30 minutes, compared to DraftKings' 24-hour processing time.
Fanatics' Fair Play policy also applies to pre-game bets, live bets, full-game bets, first-half bets, and first-quarter bets. DraftKings, on the other hand? They limit coverage of their Early Exit program to pre-game, full-game props only.
And that's not all that separates Fanatics from its competitors. Fanatics implemented its Fair Play policy shortly after its launch. In contrast, DraftKings decided to get in on the action nearly a decade later, offering customers only a fraction of what has now become a standard practice at Fanatics.
Fanatics Is Changing The Game With Livvy Dunne

In a previous statement, Fanatics Betting and Gaming CEO Selena Kalvaria discussed the company's initiatives and efforts to differentiate itself from other sportsbooks on the market.
"As a disruptor brand, Fanatics Sportsbook is rewriting the category playbook," Kalvaria said before explaining how Dunne helps elevate their brand to the next level.
"By leveraging the power of Fanatics and working with a cultural force like Livvy, we're telling our story in a way that expands our reach with existing betting audiences, and speaks to new ones, too. With Livvy, we have a national champion showing up in unexpected ways to explain what makes Fanatics Sportsbook different, and more rewarding, for sports fans," Kalvaria continued.
For Dunne, she couldn't be more excited about her partnership with Fanatics, calling herself a "proud member" of the Fanatics community who is "excited" to help usher new faces into the sports world in a "fresh way."
Livvy Dunne Reminds Users They Can Win Big With Fanatics

In addition to its Fair Play policy, Fanatics is introducing its Gameday Guarantee during the 2025 football season, offering new customers up to $100 in FanCash back if their first football bet loses on game day.
Plus, long-term users can still reap some epic benefits, considering that all users receive FanCash, a percentage of their bet returned to them in Fanatics' loyalty currency, allowing them to use the credits on Fanatics.com and throughout the Fanatics ecosystem.
