Splashing the cash at Chanel and Saint Laurent recently, Brooks showed off her cleavage and butt crack in a totally sheer dress, one she donned commando-style. Ditching her undies as the paparazzi followed her around, Brooks highlighted her curves in another X-rated look, one deemed outrageous by many fans. One user even claimed that the 28-year-old should "be arrested for indecent exposure."
