In a clip, Billy filmed himself sitting in a field, beaming as he listened to the tune on his phone, bobbing his head and smiling ear to ear. He praised Miley Cyrus in his caption, calling the single “the gift of music” and declaring his love for the "Hannah Montana" alum.

Interestingly, Miley discussed the inspiration behind “Secrets” in July during her appearance on Monica Lewinsky’s "Reclaiming" podcast. She explained that her father served as the muse, saying she wanted to be a safe space for him to share his struggles.

“I wanted to be the one he felt safe enough to tell me the things that were damning and damaging to the family,” Miley revealed. “But I wanted him to think that, as a middle child, I’m old enough to take some of that.”
