Famous singer, Gloria Estefan, and her husband, Emilio, are reportedly considering legal action against a Sean "Diddy" Combs accuser.

Manzaro Joseph named the couple in a lawsuit where he alleged that he was "drugged" and "transported against his will" during the rapper's son, Christian "King" Combs' 17th birthday bash.

Meanwhile, Sean "Diddy" Combs is waiting to be sentenced for two counts of prostitution related charges after he was denied bail a couple of times following the end of his trial.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan are thinking of filing a defamation lawsuit against Diddy's accuser, Joseph Manzaro, after he named them in his lawsuit against the embattled rapper.

Manzaro sued Diddy back in April, alleging that the Bad Boy Records founder "drugged" and "transported" him "against his will," as well as "sexually maimed him as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise" during his son, King's birthday.

However, he falsely claimed that he was transported via a tunnel through Gloria and Emilio's Star Island, Miami, mansion into Diddy's neighboring property back in 2015.

Manzaro claimed that the Cuban singer saw him beaten in a "drug-induced stupor" and tried to get someone to call an ambulance, but her husband shut her up and told her off.

"Listen, I'm so glad they threw the whole thing out of the court, because it was ridiculous. Number one...we [were not] in Miami. We [were here] in New York," Emilio told TMZ.

He continued, "We're going to have to [file] a lawsuit against them because, you know, we work hard to develop a reputation for many years. We have a family, and it hurts the kids sometimes, what they hear."

Emilio went further to decry how his name and reputation were dragged through the mud just because he was neighbors with the "Finna Get Loose" rapper.

The 72-year-old producer shared his joy on how the whole issue is now a thing of the past, but slammed the fact that it was "set up to make money," adding that Manzaro would "have to pay for it."

"I'm glad that it's over, but I think they're going to hear from me now because they have to pay for it," he said. "They're going to have to pay and probably apologize. All that was a setup to make money, and that's not going to happen."

"You cannot have a tunnel in Star Island because it's all water. It's an island," he noted.

The Grammy-winning singer told the news outlet that they were "pleased" that Emilio was dropped from the "fantasy" lawsuit but added that now "they're going to have some explaining to do."

"It should be laid to rest. We have nothing to do with any of that, and it's just sad that because we're neighbors, you know, you get thrown into stuff," Gloria explained. "The truth will rise to the top."

It comes about 4 months after Diddy's lawyers denied Manzaro's allegations, saying that the "complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday," per TMZ.

"No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. [Diddy] looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed," they added.

Diddy remains locked behind bars at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn ahead of his sentencing slated for October 3rd.

Following a 7-week trial, he was cleared on the more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges, though he was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He faces up to 20 years in jail, although there are arguments that he won't get the maximum sentence for a number of reasons, including the fact that he's a first-time offender.

Reports suggest the rapper's lawyers have approached President Donald Trump for a pardon, but it doesn't seem like the billionaire politician is keen to, citing Diddy's past comments about him.

Diddy's lawyer Mark Geragos has suggested that Diddy won't mind "pledging allegiance to Trump" if it means he'll earn a pardon, per TMZ.

"Would Diddy pledge allegiance to Donald Trump in return for a pardon?" Host Harvey Levin asked, to which Geragos responded: "You want to know the truth? I think yes."

"And do you know why? I don't know that it would feel like a fealty oath or anything else," he continued. "I think having done this for 40-some odd years. What happens to people when they go through a criminal case - I've watched it. I can't remember the last time that a client didn't say to me after a criminal case, 'How do you do this for a living? How do you go through this?'"

"It would not surprise me to hear Sean say, 'I now get it, I understand it, and I was wrong then.' I don't know that I would say he's pledging loyalty, but I think he would probably say, 'I now get what he went through,'" the lawyer added.
