Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi’s love story just reached a whole new milestone!
The couple, who first sparked dating rumors in June 2021, officially tied the knot in May 2024 after getting engaged in April 2023. Their romance has been in the spotlight since the beginning, and just a few months ago, they celebrated their very first wedding anniversary.
Now, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are taking on their biggest adventure yet - parenthood.

The "Stranger Things" star took to Instagram on Thursday to share the heart-melting announcement, revealing that she and her hubby recently adopted a baby girl.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” Millie wrote in her post. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”
While Brown turned off comments on her Instagram post, fans flocked to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate the news.
"Adoption is beautiful, glad she took that route," one fan wrote as another expressed, "The way I AUDIBLY gasped."
Brown Says Motherhood Has Always Been Her Dream

Millie has been open about her desire to start a family for a while now.
Back in March, during an appearance on the "Smartless" podcast, she explained that she doesn’t see a difference between having a biological child and adopting, saying parenthood is about love, not genetics.
"My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. And you know, it's been my thing since before I met Jake," the actress said at the time. "Since I was a baby, I told my mom, like, baby dolls. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me."
The 21-year-old actress also made it clear that building a big family has always been the goal. Both Millie and Jake grew up surrounded by siblings, so the couple’s journey to parenthood has always felt inevitable.
"And my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family," Brown shared. "I'm one of four. He's one of four. So, it is definitely in our future, but, for me, I don't see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting."
A Love Story Straight Out Of Hollywood

The pair, who initially connected on Instagram, went public after Bongiovi shared a selfie with Millie back in June 2021.
Fast forward to May 2024, and the couple quietly tied the knot in a secret ceremony. A few months later, in October, they gave fans a glimpse of their official wedding celebration at Villa Cetinale in Italy.
Millie shared a carousel of dreamy photos from the day, captioning it, “Forever and always, your wife.” The snaps showed the actress in not one but two stunning bridal gowns, along with shots of the happy couple surrounded by loved ones.
Jake posted his own tribute, writing, “Forever and always, your husband,” alongside a series of images that featured the newlyweds exchanging vows under a white floral arch, walking through rows of tall cypress trees, and sharing a special moment with Jake’s dad, Jon Bon Jovi.
Brown Slams 'Bullying' Headlines

The exciting baby announcement comes on the heels of a tougher moment for Millie, whose name recently made headlines for calling out the media.
The 21-year-old actress took to Instagram earlier this year to slam what she described as “bullying” by journalists who published articles dissecting her appearance. In a three-minute video, Millie didn’t hold back, naming reporters and showing headlines that criticized everything from her hair and face to her style choices.
“I grew up in front of the world and for some reason people can't seem to grow up with me,” she explained. “Instead, they act like I'm supposed to stay frozen in time, like I should still look the way I did on 'Stranger Things' season one. And because I don't, I'm now a target.”
She went on to call the behavior “disturbing,” especially when some of the articles were written by women.
“The fact that adult writers are spending their time dissecting my face, my body, my choices, is disturbing,” Millie said. “That some of these articles are written by women makes it even worse.”
Millie Bobby Brown Leaves Media Drama Behind

Millie, who has been in the spotlight since age nine, reminded her followers that she’s not only grown up but continues to evolve.
“I will not be shamed for how I look, how I dress or how I present myself,” she concluded. “Let's do better, not just for me but for every young girl who deserves to grow up without the fear of being torn apart for simply existing.”
Now, just weeks after confronting her critics, Millie is making headlines for something much more joyful, embracing motherhood with Jake and focusing on the new life they’re building together.
