Scott and his ex-wife, Korenberg, are fighting over their attorney fees linked to her new motion for child support fees and living arrangements. Korenberg noted she believed Scott earned over $200,000 monthly while she made around $350 per month as an interior designer.

In his recent legal filing, Scott revealed he attempted to settle his differences with Korenberg outside the court. However, she was "not interested" in his offer to buy her a home close to his Venice property.

"What initially should have been resolved in a straightforward manner was instead transformed by Olivia into a convoluted ordeal," Scott's attorney argued, noting that her request for $284,000 in legal fees be denied.

Korenberg's motion about her living arrangement and child support fees came months after her divorce from Scott was finalized. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she accused her ex-husband of trying to evict her from his Malibu home to sell it.

The interior designer alleged that Scott purchased the $3.5 million property in 2024 for her and their daughter to live in until she turned 18. However, he suddenly limited their stay to a year and claimed he wished to sell it shortly after she revealed she had a new lover.

Korenberg claimed she was "blindsided" by his actions, stressing that she and her daughter would be homeless as she could not afford housing in Malibu. Scott reportedly told her she needed to leave by May 3 and never offered another option despite having a vacant bungalow in Venice.

Korenberg's tales of financial woes continued, demanding Scott pay more child support fees. She noted that the initial $6,000 monthly agreement was based on the assumption that the former couple would have 50/50 custody of their daughter.

However, she stressed that she was mostly the sole parent of their daughter due to Scott's busy schedule. Additionally, Korenberg noted the initial agreement considered her living in her ex-husband's Malibu home, but since he wanted her out, she needed more money to care for their daughter.

Korenberg implored the court to pause Scott's eviction plans until it made a judgment on her demands. As stated, she asked that her ex-husband be held liable for her attorney and accounting fees, expenses he covered during their divorce proceedings.
