Tammy Slaton’s glow-up just took a gleaming turn. The “1000-Lb Sisters” star has faced relentless trolling over her appearance, especially her missing teeth, but she is now smiling back stronger than ever.

On the “Creative Chaos” podcast, the 39-year-old flashed her brand-new dental bridges, revealing a transformation that is as bold as her weight loss journey.

However, Slaton revealed the new transformation was temporary, but clarified that she is looking forward to even better results in the future.

After facing years of cruel online criticism about her teeth, Slaton now has her confidence back.

On August 19, the reality TV star appeared on the “Chaotic Chaos” podcast and showed off her latest transformation.

“Show me them chompers, girl,” host Hunter Ezell said, prompting Slaton to smile hard at the camera, revealing her new teeth.

Ezell immediately congratulated her before asking her to explain the work she got done.

Slaton delved into the details, sharing that the transformation was a result of a dental bridge, which is a treatment used to replace missing teeth.

It works by securing an artificial tooth to the surrounding natural teeth, essentially creating a “bridge” that fills the gap in a person’s smile.

Although Tammy Slaton is embracing her new look, her dental transformation isn’t over.

During the chat, the Internet personality explained that the procedure was temporary due to some complications she had suffered.

“They’re temporary still, but they had to cement them in because the glue wasn’t holding. Well, my body was rejecting it. But they had to pull teeth. It’s a bridge,” she shared. “I’m still getting more done with it. It’s a process.”

Meanwhile, Slaton is convinced her new look isn’t going to take all the trolls off her back. “They’re always gonna be there,” she said.

However, Ezell encouraged her to pay less attention to the critics. He explained that he firmly believed criticism was a sign of success, saying he often told people that if no one was talking about them, it probably meant they weren’t doing well in life.

Slaton couldn’t agree more as she quipped, “Haters make me famous.”

Fans couldn’t hold back their excitement, as they flooded the comment section on YouTube with congratulatory messages for the TV personality.

Some fans expressed pride in Slaton for working hard and achieving her dreams. “So proud of you Tammy for coming so far!! And I’m so happy for you and wish you an amazing long full life of joy and adventure,” one person wrote.

Tammy Slaton has previously opened up about her struggles with confidence, particularly regarding her teeth.

In January 2024, she addressed a TikTok user who told her to “fix them teeth,” explaining that comments like that only made things worse.

“With all due respect, I wish people like you would stop commenting crap like this,” she told the critic per PEOPLE, adding that remarks about her chin and teeth chipped away at her self-esteem.

She explained that while she does have some money, dental work can be costly, and at the moment, she simply couldn’t set aside the funds.

Slaton admitted she had to calm herself down before responding, since her initial instinct was to lash out.

“I really wanted to tell you if you had a true problem with my teeth then pay for them yourself,” she said, before clarifying that she didn’t want to be rude.

Slaton isn’t only proud of her new teeth but her drastic weight loss as well.

In July 2022, she underwent bariatric surgery and has since lost about 500 pounds.

Slaton also recently had a major skin removal surgery that eliminated over 15 pounds of loose skin from her arms, legs and lower belly.

Since the life-changing surgery, the “1000-lb Sisters” star has been flaunting her new look.

On July 21, Slaton posted a series of photos on TikTok showing off her trimmed physique.

One of the images showed her smiling while posing in black form-fitting one-piece shapewear.

Another photo showed her holding up a peace sign in a yellow tank top and a pair of jeans.

The carousel featured a voice in the background saying, “I understood the assignment,” seemingly signaling Slaton’s transformation.
