Bryan Kohberger reportedly made a complaint to prison authorities barely 24 hours into his life-without-parole sentence.

At the time, the convicted murderer asked to be transferred to a B Block of Idaho Maximum Security Institution after being subjected to "minute-by-minute verbal threats and harassment" from fellow inmates in  J Block.

In the note Kohberger penned to file his complaint, the 30-year-old also cited incidents of inmates flooding their own cells with toilet water as part of the reasons he wanted out of the block.

"Not engaging in any of the recent flooding/striking as well as being subject to minute-by-minute verbal threats/harassment and on that and other bases [sic] Unit 2 of J-Block is an environment that I wish to transfer from," Kohberger wrote in the complaint, per People Magazine.

More complaints from Kohberger came five days after the first, this time centered on sexual harassment threats.

According to the outlet, Kohberger claimed that an inmate told him, "I'll b-tch f-ck you." Also, another inmate allegedly threatened the 30-year-old, saying, "The only -ss we'll be eating is Kohberger's."

While Kohberger's claims were written up, the guard he said had witnessed the threats denied knowing which inmates made the comments, according to the incident report obtained by People.

No transfer request was filed for the convicted murderer despite his complaints.

Instead, a prison official informed him that flooding is a "relatively rare occurrence" in his current block and that it is "generally a fairly calm and quieter tier."

He was also told to "give it some time," a statement that seemed to imply that Kohberger would eventually adapt to the situation.

In the J Block section of the IMSI, Kohberger is surrounded by the most violent individuals in the facility, with each person assigned to a single cell.

They are also allowed only one hour of outdoor recreation daily and showers every other day.

It remains unclear what changes a transfer to B Block would bring for Kohberger, though what is known is that he would retain the same non-contact visitation rights as in J Block.

Over a week ago, reports also emerged revealing that Kohberger had complained about losing sleep due to being constantly tormented by inmates.

At the time, retired homicide detective Chris McDonough told the Daily Mail that the inmates' antics were driving Kohberger crazy and had left him "extremely annoyed and frustrated."

"The inmates are tormenting him at night and almost all hours of the day — taunting him through the vents in his cell. They are literally getting up into the grate and yelling at him. The inmates are taking turns doing it. It's relentless," McDough further revealed, per The Blast.

Days later, it emerged that inmates had been waiting for Kohberger and had set up a taunting campaign long before his arrival.

They had planned to make his life absolutely miserable, and the guards were said to be completely unaware of the setup until it began happening.
