OnlyFans can be a profitable source of income for some creators, including tennis pro Sachia Vickery.
During a recent Instagram Q&A, Vickery, who's currently competing in the 2025 US Open qualifiers in New York, stood behind her decision to post content on OnlyFans.
In addition to her OnlyFans account, which has stirred up fresh controversy online, Vickery also got candid about her decision to only go on dates with men for no less than "$1,000."

According to a report from the DailyMail, Vickery, 30, fiercely defended herself against critics questioning her choice to make an OnlyFans account.
"I'm very open-minded and I don't care what people think of me … it's also the easiest money I've ever made and I enjoy doing it," she said.

For those unfamiliar with OnlyFans, the subscription-based website allows content creators to upload a variety of different projects behind a paywall. While some creators may use it to promote their personal training company, others use it to post suggestive content and NSFW videos.
The DailyMail reported that Vickery began her OnlyFans account in 2025 and announced the side venture online in a cheeky manner. "Tennis, anyone? OF link in my bio Big project and features coming soon ( p.s. happy Valentine's Day )," the caption read.
Interested users can subscribe to Vickery's OnlyFans account through the social media links in her bio, according to The DailyMail. The athlete charges $12.99 a month and promises to show subscribers "the content too spicy for Instagram."

Additionally, during her Instagram Q&A, Vickery discussed her dating life with her followers and revealed that she no longer dates men for free. "I no longer date for free due to the behavior of men I now require a pre-date deposit send me 1,000 and we can make it happen my cashapp is $Sachiavick," she wrote.
Netizens, however, have begun tearing into the tennis player after she may have exposed too much about her personal life online.
"Must be desperate for cash," a user commented. "It's a paid meeting, and no good guy in his right mind would take her seriously. This will only destroy her romantic future."
"Gross," another user commented. "Just process there's someone out there for everyone. ... Not surprised, failed pro has to do something, even if it's a digital form of prostitution."
A third person wrote, "Nothing quite like a woman who knows her own value and is willing to negotiate a price for it. Clearly she is well trained."
Vickery Began Selling Photos Of Herself After Seeing Her Male Counterparts On OnlyFans
While appearing on the "Black Spin Global" podcast, Vickery said that although she's still dedicated to playing tennis and competing at the highest level, she's been looking to "explore" other avenues to make money, specifically on social media.
Vickery also admitted to being inspired by other tennis players who had posted about their OnlyFans accounts, such as male players Nick Kyrgios and Alex Muller.
"... you have athletes like Nick [Kyrgios] and Alex [Muller] who are going to be posting tennis content for the most part, and then you have the other complete extreme, which I'm not. I'm in that middle gap," she said.
And although Vickery is bound to receive hate on her current journey, the tennis pro is equipped to handle it.
"Whatever you do in life, there's always going to be some criticism. If I was doing nothing I'd be getting criticism, so I might as well get on the platform and make money while I'm at it," she said.
