Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going for another big swing of the hammer of justice against another publication.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to launch a legal battle against a website that constantly reminds them about a dark day, and get rid of it for good, the legal way, of course.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently going through a hard time amid the Prince's reconciliation quest and the controversies involving bullying, racism, and misogyny from an African charity he co-founded.
Prince Harry's Wife Reportedly Targeted In Wake Of Nude Pictures Release

The actress and her husband may drag a website, described as a celebrity section of ISIS, to court over their current action. The website reportedly posted nude images of the Duchess of Sussex topless from a set of dozens of pictures stolen from her years ago.
The site has also leaked raunchy photos of other celebrities, such as Miley Cyrus, thus attracting legal action. The website struck for the first time years ago when it posted pictures of the royal, and they are not about to have a repeat of the last time, hence their planned lawsuit.
According to RadarOnline, Meghan also experienced an insult to her mixed-race heritage on the website, where they called her a "savage Sub-Saharan."
The Site Reportedly Tag Photo Leak Activism

Meghan's leaked pictures allegedly included her posing on a sofa with a towel draped over her body, and another image also showed her lying down topless. However, her breasts were covered with Arabic inscriptions.
The group via the website acknowledged that they released the pictures as part of their protest against the occupation of "Muslim holy lands" by United Kingdom soldiers."
They attached a couple of demands with the image, asking that their needs must be urgently met, or more pictures of the Duchess of Sussex will go up.
Alongside their request to remove UK troops from their countries, the group also requested that England deliver "the finest sheep" to the Syrian/Iranian border.
The group encouraged the royal family and British government to act fast on their request to prevent more damage and embarrassment to their image after letting someone like Meghan into their family.
Harry Scored A Big Legal Win Against A Media House In January

The philanthropist started the year with a well-earned win in court against the Sun, News Group Newspapers (NGN) publisher in January.
In a report by The Guardian, the company retraced its steps by apologizing to the prince for illegally gaining access to his personal devices. They also apologized for their journalists and private investigators using the information from their illegal act based on instructions from the outlet.
The company was ordered to pay substantial damages to the prince as part of their legal settlement, as communicated by Harry's counsel to the court. Harry's lawyer, David Sherborne, informed the court that the parties had arrived at a mutual agreement and thus agreed to vacate the trial.
"NGN further apologises to the duke for the impact on him of the extensive coverage and serious intrusion into his private life as well as the private life of Diana, Princess of Wales, his late mother," Sherbone added.
The Father-Of-Two Feels Slighted After Resigning From His Charity Foundation

The Blast reported that Harry is also having internal issues with the charity Sentebale after the current chair, Dr. Sophie Chandauka, claimed governance problems and misogyny influenced Harry's exit from the organization.
The prince is certainly not pleased that he stepped down from his co-founder's duties and has expressed his displeasure to his camp, describing the action as a takeover of his life's work.
Harry claimed to his supporters that the current chair of Sentable had manipulated and sneaked her way to the top of the table. She is now ignoring the emerging concerns about mismanagement as a way to save face and maintain her hold on the company.
"She shopped them all to the Charity Commission when the trustees raised their concerns about the charity's governance," a close source explained.
The insider added that Chandauka preferred seeing the company go into ruins rather than resign due to mismanagement. Harry is also allegedly not interested in working alongside Chandauka and her alleged stool pigeons.
Prince Harry Declared Innocent Of The Charity's Allegations

Despite Chandauka's claims, the Charity Commission for England and Wales claimed the father-of-two was innocent.
According to them, several investigations were conducted into Harry's dealings with the charity, and they all came back with zero evidence of bullying, harassment, and misogyny.
The body also cleared Sentebale's chair of wrongdoing, noting that its investigation found zero proof of any improper behavior by Chandauka as chair or Harry as patron.
Meanwhile, Meghan has experienced intense attacks for keeping silent amid the controversy. A psychiatrist noted that the actress now sees her husband as a liability to the growth of her personal brand and will not make his battles his, lest her lucrative businesses bear the brunt.
The psychiatrist, Dr. Max Pemberton, added that Harry now faces allegations similar to those his wife made against the palace in their viral Oprah interview in 2021.
