Millie Bobby Brown 'Disgusted' Over Comments After Skimpy Bikini Photos In Italy

Millie Bobby Brown has spoken out, saying that she's "disgusted" over the comments left about celebrity women and their bodies. The Stranger Things star, 21, spoke out in March while on the Call Her Daddy podcast, with her reveal coming in the wake of comments left to her Italy bikini snaps. Millie, who stripped down to a tiny two-piece back in the summer of 2022, had some users on X leaving inappropriate remarks, although others gushed over the British star and her cute swimsuit. Millie has since made headlines for posting tons of bikini photos on her Instagram, some of which have been used to promote her Florence by Mills cosmetics and Florence by Mills Fashion brands.

Rocking a lettuce trim around the bust, Millie displayed her curves and toned tummy while with then-boyfriend Jake Bongiovi, with the photos placing the now-married couple in Sardinia.

Hugging her knees while she sat down in some photos, Millie was spotted padding around the yacht, with the photos showing her toned legs and killer waistline as she rocked figure-flaunting bottoms. Millie added a baseball cap and shades, wearing her hair down beneath her headwear. The British sensation was 18 years old at the time of the photos, which were quickly reposted on X.

Meanwhile, model Jake wore monogrammed Dior swimming trunks as he flaunted his physique. Some affectionate moments showed him planting a kiss on Millie's cheek. The couple made May 2024 headlines for getting married.

Opening up this Spring, Millie stated that the press is always “dissecting my face, my body, my choices” as she confirmed being "disgusted" by some of the comments left online. Noting that many fans still berate her for having grown up, Millie Bobby Brown added:

“A thing that I get a lot is like, ‘Oh my God, she looks like 40′. And I’m like, you did meet me when I was 10, so I understand. Now I’m 21, it’s been 10 years. She grows. My face, like, grew. What do you want me to do about that? I don’t want that for anybody growing up in the industry, but it really actually doesn’t bother me."

Millie Bobby Brown received more such comments than ever earlier this year as she debuted her blonde bombshell era. Switching to peroxide-blonde locks as she upped the ante in sexier outfits with heavier makeup, the Hollywood star had her own fans saying she looked twice her age, although some embraced her Pamela Anderson-inspired aesthetic.
