Ed Sheeran has been one of the most dominant artists in the world, over the past decade. He has four studio albums which have all been very successful. He is also very successful in the film and television industry, as he’s appeared in projects such as “Game Of Thrones,” “The Simpsons,” “Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker,” and more. Sheeran has also collaborated with some of the biggest musicians in the industry, such as Cardi B, Khalid, and Chance The Rapper.

In addition to Ed Sheeran‘s massive success as an artist, he also has friends within the industry who have reached epic heights as well. One of them is Taylor Swift. They’ve reportedly been friends since 2012 when they first collaborated on the song “Everything Has Changed” from Taylor’s 2012 “Red” album. In 2018, they also appeared on the “End Game” song with Future. Ed and Taylor initially met in Nashville, after Taylor wrote the “Everything Has Changed” lyrics on her arm after a concert in Australia.

Ed is also married, as he and his wife Cherry Seaborn tied the knot back in 2019 They also have one child together, which is a 7-month old daughter named Lyra Antarctica. The baby girl was born back in September. During that time, Ed took to Instagram to express his excitement about being a father.

We are completely in love with her,” Sheeran said. “Both mum and baby are doing amazing and we are on cloud nine over here.”

Ed also recently spoke with BBC Radio 1 and revealed an interesting thing that his daughter does when he practices singing. He said that she actually cries whenever he sings, which Ed explained show she may not be a fan. Ed added that he would practice at home for hours before. He did admit that she likes his hit single “Shape Of You.”

“I definitely spent hours and hours in front of the mirror pretending to be essentially what I am now. Practice makes perfect innit. Now I’ll sing [my new songs] to my daughter who’s not my biggest fan. She just cries!  She really likes ‘Shape Of You,’ the marimba sound is good but she doesn’t like anything loud or anything belty.

As far as new records from Ed, fans are loving his new “Bad Habits” single. The music video for it was released on Wednesday night, as it is already receiving a lot of positive feedback from fans. The last time that Ed put out a studio album was in July 2019, with “No.6 Collaborations Project.” That project was led by hit singles such as “I Don’t Care” featuring Justin Bieber and “Antisocial,” featuring Travis Scott.
