"It Ends With Us" star Isabela Ferrer is accusing director Justin Baldoni of harassing her over communications connected to his ongoing feud with co-star Blake Lively.
This latest twist comes after months of tension, including Baldoni's team subpoenaing Taylor Swift last month in an attempt to obtain any details of conversations she may have had with Lively about the dispute.
Back in December, Blake Lively herself filed a sexual-harassment complaint against Justin Baldoni, alleging misconduct and retaliation, accusations he and his team have firmly denied.
Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni Of Harassment Through Legal Tactics

The legal fight surrounding Baldoni is getting more heated. Ferrer, who appears in the film, has asked the court to shut down what her lawyers call a "bad faith" attempt to pressure her with unnecessary subpoenas.
In newly filed papers, Ferrer's attorneys argue that Baldoni has crossed a line by issuing duplicative requests that serve no real legal purpose. Instead, they say the tactics are designed "for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing" Ferrer, including making private addresses public.
Ferrer had already turned over communications tied to Lively's subpoena earlier in the case. Still, her team says Baldoni has continued to "improperly attempt to exert control" by filing new demands that cover the same ground.
PEOPLE reports that her team is pushing back hard, and Ferrer is now asking the court to reject Baldoni's filing and hit him with sanctions.
The Actress Says The Actor's Studio Is Avoiding Covering Legal Costs

Ferrer is also accusing Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios of refusing to honor a contract clause that should have covered her legal bills tied to Lively's subpoena. According to Ferrer's filing, the studio was supposed to step in and cover her costs under an indemnification agreement in her acting contract.
Instead, her lawyers say Wayfarer put conditions on the support, demanding Ferrer give up control of her response. The motion claims this would have stopped her from turning over documents that "reveal the true facts."
Ferrer's team argues that this standoff was not about paperwork; it was a deliberate way to corner her. By dragging out the indemnity talks, they say, the studio tried to tighten financial pressure on her while she scrambled to meet deadlines connected to Lively's subpoena.
The Father-Of-Two Pulled Others Into The Subpoena Crossfire

Baldoni and Lively's legal battle has turned into a storm of subpoenas. Before Baldoni targeted Ferrer, he had gone for one of Lively's closest friends, Taylor Swift. The Blast reported that his attorney, Bryan Freedom, pushed for the singer to hand over any exchanges she might have had with Lively about the film.
Swift's lawyers immediately pushed back, stressing that she had nothing to do with the dispute. They pointed out that she was not involved with the casting process, never visited the film set, and only watched the movie weeks after it premiered.
At the same time, Lively also issued subpoenas to Perez Hilton, Candace Owens, and Andy Signore. The three were accused of fueling smear campaigns against Lively while tied to Baldoni's circle. The subpoenas demand all records of their communication with him and the Wayfarer team.
The 'Clouds' Director's Lawyers Clap Back At Blake Lively's 'Leak' Accusations

In a previous development, Baldoni's legal team pushed back against her claims that they leaked private details from her deposition.
The Blast highlighted a court filing from August 6 where Baldoni's lawyers flatly denied her accusations, writing, "She does not cite any evidence. This is not surprising as there is none."
They argued that if any information had reached the public, it could have just as easily come from Lively's side. In their filing, the team even listed possible sources, including Lively herself, her husband Ryan Reynolds, her lawyers, and others.
Baldoni's lawyers also dismissed the idea that the attendee list from Lively's deposition was confidential or newsworthy, adding that "all parties are entitled to attend all depositions."
Justin Baldoni Pauses Court Battles To Celebrate 12 Years Of Marriage

Amid the ongoing legal chaos with Lively, Baldoni took a break to honor a major milestone in his personal life, his 12th wedding anniversary with wife Emily Baldoni.
The Blast noted that while much remains private about when the two first got together, their story traces back to a 2011 date at Los Angeles' Blu Jam Café.
To celebrate their anniversary, the 41-year-old shared a throwback photo from their wedding on Instagram. The image showed him and Emily dancing, with the actor visibly smitten with his bride.
In his caption, Baldoni wrote, "I'd marry you again and again and again and again... Happy anniversary, my love. ΤWELVE." As expected, fans filled the comments with warm wishes, applauding the couple for their lasting bond despite Baldoni's high-profile legal battles.
