She recently shared some deets with Women's Health mag about her impressive fitness routine, citing an early start, weight training, and consistency as the secrets to success.
She also credited HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with keeping her fit, describing doing exercises like 'three sets of burpees, jumping squats and planks' in quick succession.

'I am naturally hyperactive, and I’m used to being busy every day and always having something to do, jumping from one thing to another. When it initially went completely silent I was like, ‘what do I do with myself?’
