Marc Anthony Approves Of Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck's Reunion

Marc Anthony has been entertaining audiences for over two decades. The 52-year-old award-winning Latin singer not only has a smooth voice, but is also a talented actor. He's also showed his acting chops in movies such as "Man on Fire" and the recently released "In the Heights."

Anthony can also make ladies swoon with his good looks and talent. He's been married three times, with his exes including former Miss Universe winner Dayanara Torres and actress Jennifer Lopez. Lately, Lopez has been making news due to her reunion with Ben Affleck, which has many wondering how her ex-husband feels about the situation.

Anthony and Lopez had been friends for years, but it wasn't until 2004 when their relationship took a romantic turn. Lopez had just called off her engagement to Affleck in January of that year before she and Anthony began dating. Lopez and Anthony married in June, just days after he finalized his divorce from Torres.

Upon marrying Anthony, Lopez became stepmother to the singer's four children. In February 2008, their household got bigger when Lopez gave birth to twins Max and Emme. However, Lopez and Anthony's happy home life would come to an end in July 2011 when the couple divorced.

Following her divorce from Anthony, Lopez would go on to date backup dancer Casper Smart before moving on to MLB player Alex Rodriguez. Lopez and the New York Yankees slugger began dating in February 2017 and became engaged in March 2019. However, despite plans for a wedding, Lopez and Rodriguez wouldn't walk down the aisle. The pair officially split up in April of this year, and Lopez didn't waste anytime finding love again.

Shortly, after her break up with Rodriguez, Lopez was spotted out with her ex-fiancé Ben Affleck. Lopez and Affleck were together from July 2002 to January 2004. The pair met on the set of "Gigli" and after going public with their relationship, they created a media frenzy. Dubbed Bennifer, the couple was hounded by the paparazzi everywhere they went. The media attention proved to be too much, and ultimately lead to the cancelation of their wedding and a broken engagement.

Now, Lopez and Affleck have a second shot at love. According to reports, this time the couple's in it for the long haul.

Despite being divorced, Lopez and Anthony have remained good friends. The exes continue to have a close bond as they co-parent their twins. Lopez described her relationship with her ex as being "in a really great place."

Lopez's reunion with Affleck is raising some eyebrows. Although, many are skeptical of the relationship, the couple has their supporters. One of them happens to be Anthony.

According to reports, Anthony has no issue with Lopez and Affleck. All he wants is for Jennifer to be happy, and she seems to have found it with Ben. "As long as Ben keeps her and their kids happy, he has Marc's stamp of approval."

With Anthony's support along with that of Affleck's ex-wife Jennifer Garner, it appears the group is keeping things amicable. It's a good thing because Lopez and Affleck are already discussing their future together. So far the couple has been traveling back and forth between Los Angeles and Miami, but that might change.

According to reports, Lopez is planning to move from Miami to Los Angeles to be closer to Affleck. Although, it's unclear if Lopez is moving in with Affleck, the "Hustlers" actress plans to make Los Angeles her new, permanent home. Lopez has already been scouting out possible schools for her children to attend, and is trying to get Max and Emme prepared for the upcoming move.
