Sophie Turner Says Kissing Kit Harington Made Her Physically Retch On Set

Sophie Turner has never been one to hold back, and her latest revelation proves just that.

The “Game of Thrones” star shared that filming intimate scenes with her longtime co-star, Kit Harington, wasn’t just uncomfortable; it actually made her physically uneasy.

Turner, who played Sansa Stark across all eight seasons of the HBO hit, admitted that locking lips with Harington, best known as Jon Snow, was far from a dreamy fan-fantasy.

Instead, it left her feeling sick and battling a gag reflex, making the moment one of the strangest experiences of her acting career.

Sophie Turner and Harington played siblings in “Game of Thrones,” but recently, the pair reunited to film a few love scenes in a gothic horror movie, “The Dreadful,” an experience the actress said was nauseating for both parties.

During an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” last week, Turner revealed she initially thought Harington was perfect for the role.

“So, I sent the script to Kit and he kind of sent me a message back going like, ‘Yeah, I’d love to, but this is going to be really f-cking weird, Soph,’” she recalled.

The 29-year-old said she was puzzled by the actor’s response until she read the script and discovered they had some intimate scenes to shoot.

“And then I’m like, “Oh, shoot, that’s my brother,’” she noted.

Nevertheless, Turner and Harington overlooked the awkwardness and went ahead with filming.

Unfortunately for them, the first scene they filmed was one in which their characters kissed.

Describing the on-camera kiss as “vile,” Turner explained that it didn’t just feel weird but also triggered an actual physical reaction.

“We are both retching. Like, really, it is vile. It was the worst,” she explained.

Turner compared the kissing scene to another disturbing experience she had while filming her new movie “Trust.”

In one scene, she was locked in a small room filled with real cockroaches and rats, which eventually climbed onto her arms and legs.

While most people would shudder at the thought, Turner admitted that sharing an on-screen kiss with Harington was even more uncomfortable.

Elsewhere during the interview, Turner left fans in disbelief after confessing she once caused a celebrity couple to break off their engagement, all because of a simple wave.

Recalling the night she met Meyers at San Diego Comic-Con, she said, “We were going to have a great night… and I can’t name names ’cause I’ll get in trouble… but I had brought my best friend from school days and she saw an actor she absolutely loved and asked if I could just say hi…..”

The “Joan” star emphasized that she didn’t know the actor, so she waved at him from the crowd.

“And that was it…But it wasn’t it,” Turner recalled.

Turner admitted that later that night, things took a wild turn.

“And then later on I see this girl looking at me and she’s a famous actress and I was like, ‘I have to go tell her how much she means to me,’” Turner recalled.

However, the Hollywood star shared that when she approached the actress, the woman suddenly warned her to stop “flirting with my fiancé.”

Confused, Turner asked who the fiancé was, only to be told it was the same man she had casually waved at earlier in the night, someone she didn’t even recognize.

She went on to explain that the couple ended their engagement that very evening, joking that she hadn’t realized she held such power.

Following Sophie Turner’s revelation, fans trooped to social media to try and put the pieces together and unravel the couple affected by the wave.

On Reddit, some fans concluded that the famous actress was Emma Roberts.

“The streets are saying it’s Emma Roberts and Evan Peters, which tracks,” one Redditor wrote.

Another fan commented, “Why on earth would Emma Roberts mean a lot to Sophie Turner?”

A third fan revealed that it might have been Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult.

“Nicholas Hoult and Jennifer Lawrence? They broke up in August 2014. They were rumored to be secretly engaged. Would be extra awkward and hilarious that she got cast after in Dark Phoenix,” they wrote.

Others thanked Turner for the wave, noting that the relationship wasn’t meant to be if a simple wave triggered the actress.
