Sabrina Carpenter In See-Through Dress ‘Looks Like Sydney Sweeney’

Singer Sabrina Carpenter is being told that she looks like actress Sydney Sweeney!

Although some fans loved the comparison, the "Euphoria" star has been in hot water lately due to her controversial American Eagle jeans ad. Meanwhile, the "Espresso" singer is delighting fans amid her latest collaboration with Taylor Swift!

The “Nonsense” singer turned heads when a photo of her was posted to a fan account in July 2025. In the photo, she can be seen bending over in front of the camera, covering her chest with one arm as she poses in a see-through pink dress. In a second shot, her underwear can be seen underneath the sheer material.

“She looks like Sydney Sweeney in the first photo,” one fan commented. “This is too much,” another follower wrote alongside four red heart emojis. A third fan also gushed over her photos, writing, “Elegance without effort is real power.”

As The Blastpreviously reported, Taylor joined her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce, to announce her new album on their “New Heights” podcast. The new album is called “The Life of a Showgirl” and is set to be released on October 3.

Swift has since released a track list of all of the songs featured on the album, and fans were excited to see that Sabrina would feature on the title track of the album. Shortly after Swift made the announcement, Sabrina took to her Instagram Stories in order to promote the album and express her excitement at the feature.

Sabrina reposted Taylor’s album announcement to her Instagram Stories, writing “THE LIFE OF A SHOWGIRL OCTOBER 3rd,” next to an orange heart emoji. Orange seems to be the color of Swift’s new era, and it’s clear that Sabrina is here for it.

“I know someone who’s freaking out, and it’s me,” she added in bold white text. She also shared a photo that featured both her and Swift on stage together, from when Sabrina opened for the “Anti-Hero” singer when she performed on The Eras Tour. In the photo, Swift is wearing a bright orange dress.

In an interview where she was asked about her three favorite Taylor Swift albums, Sabrina said that Taylor “is a masterclass in itself” and said that she is “very good with words,” praising Taylor’s songwriting skills.

She went on to name her three top albums, which included 1989, Midnights, and Folklore. However, she added the disclaimer that those were her favorite albums “right now,” and it might change once “The Life of a Showgirl” comes out this October!
