The actress is reportedly receiving tremendous help from Jim Curtis to find a way to deal with the impact of her encounter with her alleged stalker on her mental health.

Jennifer Aniston's alleged stalker crashed his car into her home in Los Angeles back in May but was luckily apprehended by local authorities before things got out of hand.

The Hollywood icon's days since the incident are getting by easier, thanks to helpful "breathing exercises and visualization" hacks by her boyfriend. These methods have helped the actress deal with the constant tension and anxiety she has been experiencing since May.

Aniston has experienced intense insomnia since her stalker struck her home a few months back, and Curtis's treatment has helped her with peace of mind. The actress' boyfriend has created a career as an author and a self-acclaimed spiritual coach.

The actress and Curtis have also embarked on several trips to wellness destinations together, including the Ventana Big Sur retreat and the Sunset Tower Hotel in Hollywood, and have traveled by private jet. 

Per RadarOnline, Aniston has also not been quiet about her interest in holistic health, something she shares with Curtis, according to a book she posted on her social media. In no small measure, the actress benefits from Curtis's mission to heal and thrive by upgrading.

The actress addressed her situation in her Vanity Fair cover interview, opening up that her fame has introduced lots of unwanted attention in her life, against her will. As shared by The Blast, Aniston recalled the moment she witnessed the stalker ram his car into her gate.

The stalker's arrest has not done much to ease her pain more than two months later and addressing the matter would not necessarily help either. However, the matter opened her eyes to the necessity of having a comprehensive home security team, rather than the aesthetics of a celebrity lifestyle.

Aniston's stalker, identified as Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, was eventually charged with felony stalking and felony vandalism. Proper investigation was also carried out on the culprit's social media handles, revealing that he had made multiple mentions of the actress.

The stalker's action reportedly had Aniston grappling with the tough decision of leaving her Los Angeles home for her Montecito property. The actress purchased the renovated Montecito home for nearly $15 million in 2022.

Aniston sees the renovated home as a safe place for her where she can get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles for a more settled life in the countryside.

Following Carwyle's arrest, he was ordered to give the actress a 100 meters yard of distance and not attempt to contact her in any way or manner. 

The culprit underwent a mental competency evaluation in court after he appeared for his arraignment, looking disturbed. Aniston and Carwyle's episode began as far back as 2023 when he allegedly bombarded her with text messages.

While Curtis supplies the zen, The Blast stated that Aniston's credit cards do the rest. Things are reportedly so good between the lovebirds that the actress does not mind footing the bills for their exotic trips on private jets and luxury yachts.

From dinner at the Sunset Tower in L.A., to chilling at the Big Sur, California, and a romantic vacation to Mallorca, Aniston's $320 million net worth is barely feeling the heat. 

The actress is fully aware of the kind of lifestyle her big purse affords her, and she is not holding anything back to make things happen for Curtis. Although the hypnotist also has some dollar bills to his name, they are nowhere near Aniston's treasury.

Ultimately, Aniston is getting a double dose of happiness from making Curtis happy, and looking after him means looking after herself, too, so a win is a win!

As shared by The Blast, Courteney Cox is reportedly not moved by this whirlwind romance between her friend and Curtis. She has urged the actress to slow down on things a bit because the charming parts of Curtis have not convinced them that he is the real deal.

Most importantly, her close circle is worried that the cash gap in the romance may be very attractive to Curtis, who might decide to capitalize on that alongside her fame.

"Courteney has seen Jen get hurt over and over, and she doesn't want to see the past repeating itself. She's urging her friend to be careful," a source close to the actress affirmed.

Cox also referenced Curtis's former relationship and his inability to maintain a long-term relationship as one of the flaws she noticed. However, Curtis' former girlfriend has defended him, stating that she was the one who walked away from the relationship.
