The Countdown Is On: F1 Gears Up For Another High-Stakes Vegas Showdown

The countdown is on! 100 days until the engines start and the action speeds down the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
The 100-day countdown to the 2025 FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX was launched on Thursday with a grand celebration at Grand Prix Plaza. The event included celebrity appearances, the unveiling of a towering 15-foot Las Vegas Grand Prix-themed slot machine, 100-car showcase, the debut of the 2025 merchandise line and more.
To make the 100 days until F1 returns to Las Vegas celebration bigger, the Strip lit up with a synchronized marquee display, and fans were treated to free access to F1 X for the day.
The 100-Day Countdown To F1 Returning To Vegas Is On!

It's almost time to hear the loud roar of the engines revving before hitting the track for the third year in a row. F1 returns to Las Vegas November 20-22, 2025, and FORMULA 1 fans are counting down.
On Thursday, a fan celebration for the 100-day mark was held at Grand Prix Plaza with free access to F1 X, a car show featuring 100 cars, celebrity appearance by actor Terry Crews and F1 Academy driver Nicole Havrda, and more.
The 100 Nights Until Lights Out Car Show was presented with Las Vegas Car Meets and was set along the pit lane and into Turns 1 and 2. There were family friendly activities, live music, contests for the cars, and a 15-foot Las Vegas Grand Prix-branded slot machine for a chance to win tickets to F1 and other prizes.
$100,000 To Five Local Nonprofit Organizations

Earlier in the day, the Las Vegas Grand Prix awarded a total of $100,000 to five local nonprofit organizations.
Lori Nelson-Kraft, senior vice president for corporate affairs, enthusiastically announced that "100 days from now, we're gonna be lights out for the Las Vegas Grand Prix."
She continued talking about how the community nominated local charities for the awards.
"Five local charities really rose to the top and we're excited to honor them here today," she said during the afternoon ceremony.
Five Local Vegas Charities Were Chosen

More than 300 nominations were submitted asking locals to support their missions.
Each of the five organizations chosen - Nevada SPCA, SHARE Village Las Vegas, Mondays Dark/The Space 2.0, Communities in Schools of Nevada, Three Square - received $20,000.
The Las Vegas Grand Prix even surprised the nonprofits with tickets to the race to auction for fundraising or to reward to staff.
F1 ACADEMY Driver Nicole Havrda Was At The 100 Days Event

Havrda, a rookie this season in the F1 ACADEMY, mingled with guests at the event. She also took questions from the media about her involvement, future goals, and thoughts about F1 in Vegas.
She said she's looking forward to the F1 ACADEMY race in Vegas and said, "hopefully we put on a great race."
With the F1 ACADEMY only around for a few years now, Havrda said it's been a "huge game changer" for women in motor sports.
"When I started go-karting, there weren't many girls on the track. And now I'm seeing more and more girls, super cool to see," she said. "You definitely see a push in motorsports for women."
Talking about women in sports, she revealed that she went to her first basketball game while visiting Vegas. She attended the Las Vegas Aces game on Wednesday night.

Actor Terry Crews also popped into the 100-day celebration event to show his support and excitement for F1 in Vegas.
He shared a post on Instagram to alert fans that "the 100-day countdown is on!"
"I am here at Grand Prix Plaza here in Las Vegas. We are 100 days out from the Las Vegas Grand Prix F1, y'all. One of my favorite things in the world," he said in his video. "Guys, I can't wait!"
In his video, he took his chance at the giant slot machine to see what he could win. He then teased that he won eight tickets to the race, and everyone will have to wait to see who will be joining him.
