Baldwin Family Member Sparks ‘DWTS’ Rumors, And Fans Aren't Happy

The ballroom could be getting a Baldwin twist this fall.

Hilaria Baldwin, wife of actor Alec Baldwin, has sparked fresh rumors that she may be lacing up her dancing shoes for "Dancing with the Stars" season 34, and it all started with a TikTok.

The 41-year-old yogi and mom of seven set social media buzzing on Tuesday when she posted a clip of herself showing off her moves.

While her followers were quick to drop fire emojis and compliments, one comment stood out from the rest, “Girl can dance!! Getting ready for 'DWTS'?” paired with two grey heart emojis.

While Hilaria has flirted with "Dancing with the Stars" rumors before, the timing of this post has fans raising their eyebrows. The show’s new season is just weeks away from its September premiere, and ABC has yet to reveal the full cast.

Reaction to the possible casting has been mixed. Some fans were thrilled at the idea of seeing Hilaria bring her energy to the ballroom, but others were far from sold.

“This would be insufferable,” one critic wrote.

“Give it up!!” another chimed in.

"Am I the only one that’s really tired of the Baldwins?" someone else asked. "I literally couldn’t get through their reality show. She’s incorrigible."

Still, her supporters were quick to point out her natural rhythm and stage presence, not to mention her ability to keep her balance after wrangling seven kids with husband Alec.

So far, only four celebrities have been confirmed for "Dancing with the Stars" season 34.

Robert Irwin, the 20-year-old wildlife conservationist and son of the late Steve Irwin; social media sensation Alix Earle; and "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" stars Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt.

The rest of the cast remains a mystery, which leaves plenty of room for a surprise Baldwin addition.

If Hilaria does join the competition, she’d be stepping into a demanding rehearsal schedule that has challenged even the most seasoned performers. Her yoga background and active lifestyle could give her a leg up, but as "DWTS" fans know, ballroom technique is a whole different ball game.

Hilaria’s potential casting also comes as the Baldwin family continues to navigate its share of public scrutiny, from Alec’s ongoing "Rust" legal saga to past media controversies surrounding Hilaria herself.

While Hilaria has yet to confirm her involvement, she’s far from the only name swirling in "Dancing with the Stars" season 34 speculation.

It wouldn’t be a "DWTS" season without a little Bachelor Nation representation. The last seven seasons have featured at least one alum from "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette," and with no new "Bachelorette" airing this summer, all eyes are on recent "Bachelor" lead Grant Ellis.

The reality star has already admitted he’s interested, telling TV Insider, “If it’s something that’s offered to me, then it’s something I’ll do… I would like to, you know?”

In addition to Ellis, fans are eyeing Dylan Eforn. Fresh off his "Traitors" season 3 win and a wave of viral attention, Efron could be looking to keep the spotlight shining.

"DWTS" judge Derek Hough even fanned the flames by commenting on one of Efron’s Instagram posts, “See you on the dance floor?”

With "Dancing with the Stars" season 34 set to premiere Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Hulu, the countdown is officially underway.

Whether Hilaria Baldwin ends up trading yoga poses for quicksteps, or one of the other rumored names joins the lineup, fans can expect another season of glitzy costumes, jaw-dropping routines, and inevitable elimination night drama.
