Garcelle Beauvais is speaking out in support of her friend and "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-star, Sutton Stracke, who has been involved in a heated racial debate with Crystal Kung-Minkoff for the past couple of episodes of Season 11.

“I think she’s misunderstood,” Beauvais admitted to Hollywood Life on June 12.

During an episode of the show that aired at the end of last month, Stracke shut down Kung-Minkoff, the series' first Asian cast member, as she discussed her past experiences with racism.

While allegations of racism have been thrown around on social media, Beauvais went on to say that when it comes to Stracke and the rest of the cast, she's never felt that any one of them is racist.

“Sutton is not a racist. Nobody on the show is a racist," she confirmed.

Although things between Stracke and Kung-Minkoff have remained up and down in recent weeks, Stracke did apologize publicly to Kung-Minkoff, admitting it was “disrespectful to interrupt her and not listen to her express her truth.”

Looking back at the tension between her cast mates, Beauvais said that there is a lot that fans don't see on the show.
