It’s a full house of wins for the Las Vegas Aces as they won their fifth straight game on Wednesday night against the New York Liberty. The Aces are now tied with the Minnesota Lynx and Atlanta Dream for the best active win streak in the WNBA.
The game had another high-energy sold-out crowd in The House at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Between exciting plays, there was screaming, dancing, t-shirt tossing, hilarious videos on the jumbotron, and nonstop fun to keep the crowd energetic.
The Aces Took The Win Over The Liberty Wednesday Night

It was a close game! So close that it was literally anyone's game up until well into the fourth quarter. For the first three quarters, the Liberty were up.
At the end of the first, the Liberty scored 24 and the Aces 20. At the half, it was Liberty 43 and Aces 40. The third quarter was even closer with the Liberty at 63 and the Aces at 61 points. But in the end, the Aces took the W scoring 83 points, and the Liberty 77.
Jewell Loyd led the team with 21 points off the bench. A'ja Wilson finished the game with 17 points, Jackie Young with 15 points, and Chelsea Gray added 13 points.
Liberty Coach Said Their Recent Schedule Has Had 'Challenges'

Sandy Brondello, head coach of the Liberty, shared her thoughts on the team's recent "condensed schedule" and the "challenges" it's bringing.
"It's presented a lot of challenges. It's a very condensed schedule. Playing back-to-back on the road, it's really tough," Brondello shared. "We got in at 1:30 last night. These players are tired, but they're pros. We've got to maybe lengthen the season, find gaps in between, because finding five games in eight days is a lot."
She also shared her thoughts on the Aces recent performances.
"They've playing better ball now," she said before Wednesday's game, according to ClutchPoints. "They've weathered the storm. I think A'ja and Jackie have been way more involved in the offense, that's the biggest difference for me."
Another Sold-Out Game In Las Vegas!

The Aces are on a serious roll with selling out the arena they call The House. Wednesday night's game marked the 42nd straight sold-out game for them.
Last year, the Aces became the first team in WNBA history to sell out each of their 20 regular-season home games. They also became the first team in league history to sell out its season-ticket memberships.
According to a story published by the Las Vegas Review-Journal last year, the Aces led the WNBA in attendance in 2023, so they are no strangers to filling the arena and getting fans pumped for electrifying games in Sin City.

"Following the success of her first signature sneaker, A'ja Wilson's A'Two will debut in Summer 2026," they shared on IG. The caption added more information, "The @Nike A’Two is on the way. Expect the retail price to increase from $115 to $145, which will likely come with a major overhaul of the sneaker’s technology. Just a reminder: There are still PLENTY of upcoming colorways of the Nike A'One that Nike plans to release over the next year."
