According to the bombshell lawsuit obtained by The Blast, plaintiffs Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are suing Priscilla for over $50 million in damages. They filed their allegations at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, August 13, accusing Priscilla of exploitation and more.

Kruse and Fialko argued that Priscilla had influenced and exploited her daughter's tragic passing. They alleged that she "ignored Lisa's health complaints before she suffered cardiac arrest and later quickly took her off of life support."

The plaintiffs' accusations continued with claims of Priscilla using her daughter's death as a smokescreen to reclaim control of the assets she sold and to erase contracts she no longer found convenient.

Eventually, Kruse and Fialko became a liability to Priscilla, with the lawsuit alleging she went behind their backs to cut deals before throwing them under the bus with her financial elder abuse claims.

Kruse and Fialko explained that their business relationship with Priscilla started in 2022 when she approached them to revitalize her brand and stabilize her dire financial situation. She allegedly owed nearly $700,000 in taxes, was behind on car payments, and was close to insolvency.

The plaintiffs claimed they spent seven figures fixing Priscilla's problems, from rebuilding her brand to settling lawsuits and cleaning up multiple private disputes within her family. Their efforts, per the lawsuit, saw Priscilla's event profits increasing from under $10,000 to as much as $50,000 per show.

Kruse and Fialko added that they were also instrumental in negotiating the $2.4 million payout Priscilla received during her legal dispute with her granddaughter, Riley Keough, over Lisa Marie Presley's trust.

Their alleged services continued with the formation of several companies at Priscilla's request to exploit her NIL. Kruse and Fialko noted that they invested their money, time, and resources into Priscilla because she falsely claimed she had ownership of her NIL.

However, she allegedly sold the rights to the last name "Presley" and "Graceland" for $6.5 million in a 2005 secret deal.

Priscilla addressed Kruse and Fialko's allegations through her attorney, Marty Singer. The legal rep told TMZ, the lawsuit was a desperate and fabricated effort to tarnish his client's image, stressing that it was a "disgusting publicity stunt."

Singer noted that bringing the late Lisa Marie into the picture was "not savvy advocacy" but a "malicious character assassination" that must be condemned. He added that the late media personality's daughter, Riley Keough, was equally shocked by the false allegations.

The attorney claimed Riley "stands behind her grandmother 100% and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt by Kruse to attempt to ruin her grandmother's life." Singer added that he believed the lawsuit would be dismissed, pointing out that the plaintiffs were on their fourth set of lawyers.

The issues between Priscilla and her former business partners surfaced in 2024 when she accused them of financial elder abuse. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she claimed Kruse and Fialko had abused their power over her finances.

Priscilla accused them of interfering with her ability to earn a living, claiming they had been spamming her business associates, assistants, and family members with "baseless cease and desist letters." She claimed these letters demanded that people stop doing business with her.

Priscilla stressed that Kruse and Fialko were not only sabotaging her professional relationships but had tricked her into signing deals that filled their pockets. She claimed they transferred over $620,000 from her account and demanded $1 million in compensation.

A year after her tragic passing on January 12, 2023, Lisa Marie's memoir "From Here to the Great Unknown" was released posthumously in October 2024. The Blast reported the book contained shocking allegations against her mother's former partner, actor Mike Edwards.

Lisa Marie accused Edwards of molesting her when she was 10, recalling he came into her room at night for an unsolicited sex education. He allegedly touched her chest and between her legs before kissing her, an incident he later apologized for after Priscilla learned about it.

Unfortunately, the alleged abuse did not end there, as Edwards would find reasons to spank Lisa Marie and jerk off, per her recollection.

Although the actor vehemently denied the claims, he had once confessed to feeling sexually attracted to Lisa Marie. He dropped the shocking revelation in his 1988 book "Elvis, Priscilla and Me."
