Taylor Swift raved about her dad during a recent appearance on her boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast. She shared that Scott is not only faring well, but he immediately bounced back after the operation.

Taylor reflected on Scott's amazing reaction to his successful quintuple bypass surgery while speaking on the "New Heights" podcast. The program hosted by her boyfriend and his brother, Jason Kelce, captured her telling fans that her dad transformed into a comedian after the procedure.

She recalled him being in high spirits and cracking jokes, noting he claimed he had five blockages in his heart because he came from a very competitive family. Travis echoed similar sentiments about Scott's jovial nature, claiming he seemed like his old self despite being at 75% in his recovery.

Jason agreed, noting Taylor's dad appeared healthy and energetic when they spoke over FaceTime recently. The singer, per TMZ, added that she honored Scott by building his shower chair and walker, like he used to make her toys and swing sets.

Taylor explained on the podcast that Scott needed a quintuple bypass surgery after doctors discovered he had five blockages in his heart following a resting stress test. News of her father's condition first made waves in July, with The Blast covering the story.
