The Prince of Darkness, who died on July 22, had four contributing factors to his death, according to his death certificate. The rockstar's heartbreaking passing came nearly three weeks after his final performance in Birmingham.

Ozzy Osbourne welcomed six children with two women, his first wife Thelma Riley and his music manager Sharon Osbourne. Sources claimed his beloved spouse continues to battle with the aftermath of his death, noting she was overwhelmed by grief.

The source explained Ozzy's death blindsided the Osbournes as it occurred shortly after his farewell performance with the Black Sabbath band. They noted his passing "seems too soon" for the family despite his years-long battle with Parkinson's disease.

Sharon, per Radar Online, was reportedly "not prepared" to lose her longtime husband. The source added that her situation worsened without her once-successful TV career, claiming "she's depressed and doesn't know what the future holds."

The official cause of Ozzy's death recently made waves days earlier, with The Blast reporting that medical experts identified four "joint causes" of his demise. These factors were acute myocardial infarction, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, coronary artery disease, and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction.

Ozzy's battle with Parkinson's disease began as early as 2003. He reflected on his years-long health struggle in a 2023 interview, revealing his condition worsened following complications from his back and neck surgery in 2019.

He described that period as "five years of absolute hell" for him and his family, noting the pain was unbearable. Ozzy developed neck problems after falling on stage during a performance. The injury was followed by challenging years of recovery, forcing the singer to cancel his "No More Tours II" concert.

Jack explained that he took a social media break because he did not feel like posting anything since Ozzy's death. He noted he was heartbroken and struggling with grief before reflecting on how lucky and blessed he was to call Ozzy "Dad."

The media personality concluded his tribute with a quote from Hunter S. Thompson that advised people to live their lives to the fullest before death. "That was my dad. He lived, and he lived his life fully. I love you, Dad," Jack wrote.
