Dua Lipa Told Braless Birthday Dress Is A 'Swimsuit' In Poolside Photos

Dua Lipa stunned fans with her birthday ramp-up photos this week. The singer, 29, made headlines last weekend for stripping down to a bikini as she eyed up turning 30 later this month, and it looks like her August 22 celebrations have already begun. Posting poolside snaps of herself in a pre-birthday set of photos, Dua thrilled her 88.1 million Instagram followers in a cut-out white dress, one loved by some and hated by others. The "New Rules" star, who included fiancé Callum Turner in her snaps, earned over 1.6 million likes, but she was also reminded that her barely there dress was closer to a bathing suit.

The Future Nostalgia star highlighted her abs and torso while going sleeveless, also affording a barely there feel thanks to her sparkly, knit-effect dress' gaping cut-outs.

Exposing her sideboob in some photos, Dua enjoyed a dining terrace filled with people as she sat on Callum's lap. The Grammy winner also showed off her early birthday cake as she partied with her friends, eventually moving poolside for a glam shot. Dua wore a gorgeous silver bracelet cuff to accessorize her look, sporting her dark hair down while wearing a warming layer of makeup.

"Early birthday celebrations on my favourite island with my favourite people wearing the most gorgeous dress Simon made for me... I can't bloody wait for 30!!!!" Given that the official Jacquemus Instagram replied: "Love you ma chérie," it can be assumed that Dua Lipa had donned a dress from the luxury French designer.

Dua is often targeted by the outlet's readers on account of not being the curviest of celebrities, although this crowd also teased her about her dress. Dua Lipa had worn Selena Gomez-adored label Jacquemus back in August 2022 as she attended boss Simon Porter's wedding in France.
