She gained over $26,000 in tips and nearly $490,000 for messages. Lil Tay alleged she gained the amount in three hours, noting she beat the record held by Bhad Bhabie. The latter achieved the top-earner spot in April 2021 when she debuted on the platform, amassing over $1 million in just under six hours.

Lil Tay shed more light on her explicit content creation journey, crediting Sweeney and Carpenter for inspiring her as sex-positive role models. She declared that those who didn't like the entertainers were haters and misogynists, lauding herself as their biggest supporter.

Following Lil Tay's alleged OnlyFans earnings, a fellow explicit content creator weighed in on her new career. The Blast shared that Sophie Rain revealed she was excited for Lil Tay but did not sugarcoat her reality.

"I hope she's ready for the mental strain it causes at such a young age. I talked to her and gave her advice," Rain claimed. She recalled telling Lil Tay that the X-rated industry wasn't for "the faint of heart," stressing that confidence wasn't enough to save her.
