Jennifer Lopez Told String Bikini And Snakeskin Boots Inappropriate At 'Nearly 60'

Jennifer Lopez impressed some fans with her tiger-print bikini as she slipped her curves into swimwear last fall, but the October 2024 photo accompanying her Interview Magazine feature didn't sit well with everyone.

Showing off her toned figure in a minuscule bathing suit and statement boots while posing for the magazine, Jen upped the ante in a plunging top and matching bottoms, also turning heads in a slouchy pair of thigh-high boots with a heel. While some fans loved her bold look, others shamed her for it. Users even age-shamed the 56-year-old, saying that stripping down when she's "nearly 60" wasn't right.

Displaying her incredible abs and hourglass waistline, the "Jenny From The Block" star reminded the camera of her muscle machine body, and by the looks of things, Jen had been doing plenty of crunches and leg days. Sizzling in a stringy halterneck top that flashed her cleavage, Jen also rocked teeny matching bottoms as she parted her legs a little, going loud with her snakeskin boots.

Accessorizing her two-piece with elegant gold jewelry, Jen went for a retro blow-out as she rocked feathery locks in gorgeous layers. The ex of Ben Affleck completed her glam with a bronzer-heavy face of makeup, showing off her defined jawline and high cheekbones. A staggering 700+ fans liked a reply calling Jen "desperate." The remark went further, though, as the user added: "Lady, you're nearly 60."

Going down a similar avenue as they also noted Jen's wealth, another user gained likes for saying: "Imagine being like 60 years old, rich, and still feeling need to take off all your clothes for attention. Rather embarrassing."

That said, one fan appeared to have noted the shaming comments. Defending Jennifer, they asked: "Women can't post pics anymore? GTFO." JLo's interview proved a headline-making one as she opened up about her Ben Affleck split for the first time.

The former couple, who married in 2022, parted ways in late 2024 after months of breakup rumors. Jen had made summer 2024 headlines for celebrating her birthday by posting this swimsuit snap on Instagram. "This is Me...Now," she wrote, referencing both her own song and her birthday via a cake emoji.

Fans melted over this recent snap of Jennifer Lopez. "Felt cute," she wrote at the start of August while tagging herself in Egypt.

Jen has since made headlines for traveling to Turkey, where she was denied entry to a Chanel boutique after staff there reportedly didn't "recognize" her.
