The death of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has taken a shocking turn, with his daughter Brooke Hogan and longtime friend Bubba the Love Sponge igniting wild conspiracy theories about what really happened.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on July 24 at age 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest. The report also cited his history of leukemia and atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm.

But despite officials ruling his passing as natural, Hulk Hogan’s inner circle isn’t buying it.

Radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, a controversial figure and close associate of Hogan, published a bombshell article questioning why it was decided that the wrestling icon would be cremated so quickly and why no autopsy was performed.

Bubba alleged that Hogan could have been injected with something through his dialysis port while he slept, potentially inducing a fatal heart attack. He also pointed to Hogan’s estimated $40–50 million estate and highlighted that his widow, Sky Daily, has alleged ties to Scientology.

Even more startling, Bubba questioned why no one knew Hogan was about to begin dialysis, citing a Tampa Bay Times report that the wrestler collapsed at his Clearwater Beach home just after returning from surgery.

According to that report, paramedics told Morton Plant Hospital staff that Hogan was waiting to start dialysis when he suddenly went into distress. Medics attempted to revive him with drugs to lower potassium, a sign of kidney failure, and even administered Narcan, typically used to reverse opioid overdoses.

Authorities made clear there was no evidence of an overdose.

Fueling the fire, Hogan’s daughter Brooke appeared to endorse Bubba’s suspicions.

When an Instagram post shared the headline “Quick cremation without autopsy raises questions about Hulk Hogan’s death,” Brooke responded simply, “Exactly.”

Her remark has only amplified speculation online, with fans torn between shock, suspicion, and disbelief.

At the time of his passing, the Clearwater Police Department confirmed the emergency response in a statement.

The conspiracy theories also came after weeks of confusing and conflicting updates about Hogan’s health, leaving fans uncertain about what to believe.

Just last month, reports surfaced claiming Hogan was “on his deathbed” following complications from a recent neck surgery. His representatives quickly pushed back, telling E! News there was “no reason to panic,” in an attempt to reassure the public.

Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily, also spoke out to shut down alarming rumors, publicly denying claims that the wrestling legend was in a coma and insisting that his heart was “strong.”

In a bittersweet twist, Hogan’s longtime friend and former on-screen manager Jimmy Hart even posted an upbeat update just two days before his death, telling fans that the Hall of Famer was doing well and aiming to quiet speculation.
