In a new TikTok video, Glanville, 52, showed off the severe chemical burns on her face after revealing she attempted to kill the facial parasite she's been dealing with since July 2024.
"I know I look attractive," the reality star joked in the video. "Good news," Glanville noted, "You don't have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers anymore."
As the video continued, Glanville explained that she smeared the hair removal product Nair on the bottom half of her face, believing that exfoliating her skin would upset the facial parasite she has named "Caroline."
"Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out," the "Big Brother" star said. "But I overdid it."
Glanville, who also appeared on a season of "The Traitors" and "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip," captioned the post, "Beauty hacks," before telling her followers to "do a test patch" before committing to using a substantial amount of Nair, as she had done.

Brandi Glanville Has Blamed Past Health Issues On Bravo

Glanville has shared openly about her facial disfigurement multiple times in the past. In a previous interview, the mother of two theorized that her cosmetic issues were a result of her fallout with Bravo and NBC Universal.
"What happened? I wish I knew. I've been in [and] out of the hospital this [past] year 1/2 spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some doctors say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it's stress induced edema. I personally say it's Bravo," Glanville said online.
For those unfamiliar with the situation, while filming an unaired season of "RHUGT," Glanville was accused of sexually assaulting fellow Bravo veteran, Caroline Manzo, resulting in both women leaving the trip early.
Months later, in January 2024, Manzo sued the network and claimed they "direct, encourage and/or allow [cast members] to sexually harass other cast members because that is good for ratings."
Glanville Was Recently In The Hospital

Back in April 2025, Glanville shared another shocking update on her social media account, alerting her followers that she had to report back to a hospital because her facial parasite was causing her a substantial amount of pain.
"My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning. I could not get out of my bed," she wrote on social media. "I called 911, had a lovely trip in the ambulance now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours."
Glanville posted a picture of herself in a medical gown lying in a hospital bed, surrounded by monitors and wires.
"I hate this place, but should be another fun ambulance bill," she wrote.
Glanville Wants A Doctor Committed To Helping Her

In another emotional post, Glanville got candid about her symptoms, revealing she had "painful lumps in jawbone area on side of neck" before pleading for help from a doctor who would commit to focusing on her health.
"I just wanna find a doctor who makes it, like, his mission to help me. And not just me," she shared, adding, "[But] these other poor women who have been going through this for so long, and men, too. I've had a couple men reach out. I feel for them, like, I know exactly what they're talking about."
