Chase's run-in with the law happened after a "Twin Peaks" bar manager claimed the reality star assaulted him after a verbal altercation in January 2025.

The bar manager, Brandon Nash, claimed Chase was showing "aggressive" behavior, further alleging the "Growing Up Chrisley" star assaulted him with a chair and later slapped him.

Chase left the scene before Georgia police arrived. However, he was arrested days later and charged with simple battery. He was released from custody after posting a $10,000 bond.

During an interview after the news of his arrest became public, Chase denied the allegations against him and claimed he was being targeted because of his high-profile status.

"I didn't slap that dude in Atlanta," he said. "That didn't happen. If I was [going to] put my hand on somebody, I would get my money's worth. I wouldn't just get a slap."

"I didn't put my hands on him," he added. "If I wasn't who I was, that wouldn't have been a situation."

Donald Trump Pardoned Todd And Julie

After being convicted of bank fraud, tax fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States, Todd and Julie Chrisley were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison, respectively.

However, after continued pleas and denied appeals, President Donald Trump granted them their freedom in a surprising move.

In a phone call with Todd and Julie's daughter, Savannah, Trump revealed he was pardoning the famous couple, calling their imprisonment a "terrible thing."

"But it's a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. Is that okay?" he asked Savannah.

Trump continued, "We'll try getting it done tomorrow. So give them — I don't know them, but give them my regards and wish them — wish them a good life."

Naturally, the Chrisley family began praising Trump and his administration on social media, thanking him for reuniting their family.

Chase said publicly, "I am grateful to God and extremely grateful to President Trump and his entire administration," and on social media, he wrote, "Thank you to Mr. President @realdonaldtrump @potus for making a remarkable decision and bringing our family back together! We love, support, and thank you, Mr. President! God bless you and your entire family! Continue to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!"

In a separate post, Savannah raved about the 45th and 47th POTUS and stated how "beyond grateful" she was that the Commander-in-Chief saw "the truth" in her parents.

"This administration does not hand out favors. It examines the facts and stands up for what is right," she added.

"Today is a victory for our family, but the fight against wrongful convictions and injustice within our prison system is far from over. I will continue to use my voice and platform to advocate for those who do not have one," Savannah concluded.
