In late July, the popular model encouraged her followers to “Shoot your shot” as she posed in a camo-print drawstring bikini. Her tactical gear covered the top half of her body, and fans couldn’t help but make fun of the placement of her body armor.
“They should come up with body armor to protect that side boob lol,” one fan commented. “Must be protected at all costs. Good thinking,” Kindly replied.
“Not wishing for war, but this would win it,” another follower wrote, while a third fan chimed in, “With this, there would be no crime, or you would have a long line of guys waiting to be cuffed by you.”
Yet another follower teased, “Rumor has it she’s nominated for the Nobel Peace prize because she showed up like this in Moscow, and Putin immediately ended the war.” Another fan added, “Super hottie with a Glock in her hand. Sweet Jesus!”

In a recent Instagram video, the popular model flipped her long blonde hair around while posing in a bright pink Barbie swimsuit. She accessorized with white crew socks tucked into her white sneakers as she gave her followers some advice on healthy eating. In the caption, she named 20 foods that are “making you gain fat instead of muscle.”
She warned her fans that a lot of foods that can seem healthy could actually work against their fitness goals, especially if they are trying to build muscle and lose fat. She told her followers that just because something says “organic,” “natural,” or even “high protein” doesn’t mean it’s automatically good for you. She explained how many of these foods are low in real protein and high in sugar or unhealthy fats, which can leave them feeling hungry and slow down their progress.
Kindly Myers Warns Fans To Avoid Banana Bread!

In terms of breakfast foods, the popular model recommended avoiding foods like flavored oatmeal, natural cereals, muffins, banana bread, and yogurt cups, which often sound like smart choices. She warned that, most of the time, they’re packed with sugar and don’t provide enough protein or fiber to keep you feeling full. She noted that even smoothies and granola, two things people often associate with a healthy lifestyle, can secretly be loaded with sugar and calories.
She also encouraged her followers to avoid foods like wraps, salads without protein, chicken nuggets, and white bread sandwiches. These foods may seem light, but they usually come with hidden oils, sauces, or processed meats that don’t really help fuel your body. Fried options like pork belly or fish sticks, along with fatty deli meats like bologna and salami, can also pile on extra calories without offering much in return.
Warning To Avoid ‘Healthy’ Products

In addition, she warned that foods labeled “healthy” may not actually be so. Nut butter, protein bars, granola bars, and bottled juices often taste good, but can be more like dessert than food. She told her followers to focus on whole foods that are rich in lean protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
One fan wrote, “I notice you didn’t mention chips and salsa. I’ll be sure to mention this to Hubs when he gets home.” Kindly responded, “Mexican food is always an exception.”
