Scott Wolf's estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, continues to claim she is a victim, but her son is sharing a different story.
The comedian's former partner has been making headlines for the wrong reasons since their divorce made waves in June. She has been placed under two psychiatric holds and had a restraining order filed against her over her concerning behavior.
Kelley Wolf recently claimed she was being abused under the system and was not the drug addict people painted her to be. Additionally, she alleged she had no funds despite Scott Wolf's monthly spousal support payments.

Kelley updated her Instagram page with a video of her attempts to enter her family home. She filmed herself driving to the location, telling viewers that she was meeting up with police officers who would then escort her to the property.
"I am under the impression that I have done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items from my home," Kelley explained, alleging that she has been forced to sleep in her car after the Sundance Mountain Resort banned her.
Kelley added that she wished to retrieve the money she had saved at the family house, claiming: "I now have only $6 to my name; however, I have options." She thanked her family for footing her legal bills and acknowledged other people for their support, including her new boyfriend.

After meeting up with police escorts, Kelley attempted to break into the family home to retrieve her belongings. She repeatedly tried and failed to unlock the front door and windows to the property while telling officers:
"I've been kicked out of it, haven't seen my kids in six months, restraining order, you name it. Two involuntary holds that I have to now prove myself, and did nothing except ask for a divorce."
Kelley also attempted to enter through her son Jackson's bedroom window but failed to pry it open. She eventually unlocked the garage but was still unable to access the house. Kelley implied she was intentionally blocked from entering the home, telling officers she told Scott she would come over to get her stuff.

Following Kelley's failed attempts to enter the family home, her oldest son with Scott, Jackson, was forced to step in and address her behavior. He implied his mother's actions were wrong in the comment section, writing:
"This is insane mom what are you doing."
Another IG user was equally shocked by Kelley's break-in attempt and advised her not to publicize her actions. "This is your children's safe space. Even if you legally can, it doesn't mean you should. You'll have another order of protection placed on you. Please take this one down," the fan pleaded.
Authorities Confirmed Their Involvement In The Situation

Kelley's attempts to enter the family home came two weeks after Scott's restraining order against her was dismissed. A spokesperson from the Summit County Sheriff's Office confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE that they carried out their due diligence in ensuring they weren't breaking any laws.
"The complainant did mention that there was a court order in place. As a standard procedure in these types of cases, our deputy did search for any types of orders that would bar or prohibit the complainant from being at the residence, and they were unable to locate any existing orders," the police rep explained.
Before the incident occurred, Kelley told fans on Instagram that she had $6 to her name and no home amid her divorce from Scott. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she penned a lengthy message about her financial woes and how she was unlawfully placed under two psychiatric holds.

In her social media post, Kelley claimed that after achieving success as "one of the most exclusive consultants in the world," she now lived in an abusive system. She recalled her mother calling her a "drug addict" after seeing the "extensive toxicology reports from two involuntary psychiatric holds."
Kelley stressed that the results showed "No drugs. No diagnosis. Just this line: 'Kelley incited a riot and turned patients against staff.'" She acknowledged turning patients against staff, claiming she would continue to fight against an unjust system that hurt others.
"I helped three people get out last week. I will help more. I'm not done until every woman who asked for freedom and got a sentence instead is seen. Is safe. Is free," Kelley declared. Her comments came a month after Scott took their three children on vacation after she was placed on her first psychiatric hold.
PageSix shared that Kelley was taken in for her own protection after allegedly making "concerning" statements to family members.
She captured her heated reaction to the Utah police on social media, repeatedly berating them for holding her against her will. "I think Scott Wolf is abusing me, and now you are abusing me more," she yelled.
