Looks like a beef is brewing between Teen Mom 2 cast members Briana DeJesus and Kailyn Lowry. The mom of two recently called out Lowry for lying about why she did not appear on this week’s episode of the popular MTV reality show. Lowry claimed she did not appear on the episode because she didn’t feel comfortable with the storyline that the production team wanted to film. “Personally, I feel like if you are too good to film your real life, then why would you be on a show that is supposed to be about your real life?” DeJesus told Celebuzz. She is referring to Lowry’s Sept 2020 arrest that involved the father of two of her kids Chris Lopez.

The mom of four was arrested for “offensive touching” but has been completely silent about the situation. “Kail is sitting on the show legitimately filming about a wallpaper color choice when she could be filming about a domestic abuse situation with Chris that I was told she was trying to hide.” Although the charges were eventually dropped at the beginning of the year, DeJesus feels like Lowry is not being authentic. “At the end of the day, she shouldn’t try to cover up the real her or things that are going on in her real life.”

Briana continued, “It comes off as exceptionally inauthentic and an insult to her other cast members.” The Pot Head hair care founder shared her side of things once she realized that she was being called out. “I chose not to participate in tonight’s episode because I didn’t feel like the content that was being asked for was genuine or authentic to who I am,” she noted. “I don’t feel like I should be making a storyline out of Chris or [my other exes]” she also shared in the almost three-minute video that if she doesn’t feel like it is a big part of her life, then it shouldn’t be on the show. So, her baby daddies aren’t a big part of her life? okay, Kail.

Fans understand why DeJesus feels this way, she is generally very open about her life even if it makes her look bad. Not only does she have never-ending drama with both of her daughter’s fathers, but she also had a hard time being accepted by some of the other girls and her mom is battling a serious illness. Despite the embarrassment, she has shared that she allegedly got an STD from hooking up with baby daddy number two Luis Hernandez, she endured him cheating on her and shocking fights where horrible things were said.

Fans assumed that DeJesus was being so vocal about Lowry’s actions because of the back-and-forth relationship the women have. One follower commented on Lowry’s video that her co-star was only trying to get back at her for having Devoin Austin, baby daddy number one on her Coffee Convos podcast to tell “his side of the story”.
