Denise Richards claims that Aaron Phypers' actions have left her in "extreme distress" and "greatly disturbed."
Denise Richards Accuses Her Estranged Husband Of Leaking Her Nudes

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers' divorce continues to escalate with the reality star's latest court move.
According to Us Weekly, Richards filed a motion on Monday asking the court to compel her estranged husband to return personal belongings he allegedly took from her.
This includes her cellphones, laptops, and other recordings currently in his possession.
More importantly, Richards is also asking the court to prohibit Phypers from distributing any material from those devices.
In her filing, Richards accused her estranged husband of already "disseminating to numerous news organizations on multiple occasions" some of the private information from her devices in his possession.
She claimed that one such leak included a photo of her with her "breast completely exposed" and another showing her "buttocks," both of which were used in a story by one of the outlets.
The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star also noted that another leaked item was an image of her phone being held by Phyper's hand and displaying her private text messages.

Further arguing her case, Richards claimed that her estranged husband's actions have taken a serious emotional toll on her.
"I am in extreme distress and greatly disturbed since Aaron has been repeatedly disseminating private text messages stolen from my laptop after the TRO has been issued and I have warned him numerous times not to disseminate any information from my cell phone or laptop," she said.
Richards also reminded the court that she had previously obtained a restraining order against Phypers earlier this month and that his alleged actions should be seen as a violation of the order and a "criminal act."
She added, "Aaron accessing my private information on my laptop and disseminating the information is not only abuse and a violation of the TRO, but the disseminating of nude photographs is a criminal act."
The filing also included an ultimatum to Phypers to return the items to her by the end of July 29.
Aaron Phypers Has Denied The Accusations

Responding to the allegations, Phypers told US Weekly that Richards' claims were "untrue" and aimed at smearing his reputation.
"I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise's laptop or cell phones," he said.
Phypers continued, "These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth."

He had also previously denied the claims from Richards about him physically abusing her during their marriage, which she mentioned in her plea for a restraining order.
At the time, he claimed that it was all "conjured up" and that he had the "real evidence."
"Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone," he shared.
Phypers added, "These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue."

Earlier this month, Phypers filed for divorce from Denise Richards, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and also requesting spousal support.
Weeks later, he hinted at the reasons behind his decision in a candid interview with them Daily Mail, where he accused Richards of having an affair with a former Special Forces soldier, Rudy Reyes.
He claimed the months-long affair took place during Richards' time on the reality competition show, "Wild Thing," and that he discovered "107 raunchy texts" between her and the individual.
Phypers also opened up about how the discovery affected him, saying he was left "broken-hearted" by the alleged betrayal by Richards, whom he married in 2018.
"Really, she's f-cked me up," he shared. "We've been together nine years, and for her to do that and to lie to me consistently -- I'm totally tired and drained."
