Kindly Myers Shows Off Her Muscles

In one Instagram video, the popular model flipped her long blonde hair around as she sat on her knees, showing off her curves in a pink one-piece swimsuit that put her large “Invictus” tattoo inked along her left flank on full display. In the caption, she told her followers to avoid natural cereals, especially those loaded with sugar, and foods that are low in protein. She also recommended that they avoid "organic" foods, as "organic" doesn't necessarily mean that it's healthier. She also encouraged her followers to avoid packaged muffins, banana bread, and other "sugar and flour bombs," which have little protein and won't keep you full for long.

Kindly Shares The 'Fat Gain Combo'

In the caption, she warned her followers that foods that have a lot of sugar and fat are a "fat gain combo" as it is easy to overeat those foods. She also recommended that her followers avoid eating salads with lots of dressing, because salads often have little protein in them. She said that although they may look healthy, they are usually filled with oil, croutons, cheese, and "zero muscle fuel." She also advised her fans to avoid flavored yogurt cups, calling them "Dessert disguised as breakfast."

Moving down the list, she told her followers to avoid fried chicken, chicken nuggets, and fish sticks because they have more fat and calories than protein. She also recommended that her fans avoid pork belly because they are high in fat and very calorie-dense. Bologna and salami also made the list, because both are high-fat processed meats that don't offer as much lean protein as other meats.

Kindly Myers Shares More Foods To Avoid

In addition to fancy nut butters that also contain extra dessert-like ingredients, she also told fans to avoid flavored peanut butter, which mostly contains fat and sugar. She also told her followers to avoid packaged flavored oatmeal and store-bought smoothies for the same reason. She said that Naked juices & “fruit blends” were all sugar and no protein, which can wreck blood sugar.

Store-bought protein bars were also off the menu, as she called them "candy bars" in disguise. She said the same thing about granola bars, warning that although they may be marketed as healthy, they are just candy bars with oats. She also avoids wrap sandwiches, warning that they can contain a lot of hidden oils, like mayo and other sauces, and don't have the protein that most people need to keep them feeling full.

Fans Have Mixed Reactions Over Her Food List

Fans loved her focus on fitness and healthy living in this video. “Trying to get healthier. Thanks for this list... and video,” one fan commented.

“I can sure see you don't eat anything bad. You’re so beautiful,” another follower wrote.

“How dare you have the audacity to attack my banana bread!!!” a third fan joked.

“I think I'm losing weight. I spend more time scrolling your posts than eating,” another follower teased, while another fan joked, "That looks like my shopping list!"
