When it comes to raising her twins with the "Wild 'n Out" star, Carey is all about balance and neutrality. "How do I say this?” Carey pondered as she explained the dynamics of her shared parenting relationship in a recent interview.

She continued, “They spend time with him, and they have a good time; they spend time with me, and they have a good time."

The five-time Grammy winner added that her parenting approach comes from understanding the challenges of growing up with divorced parents.

"I want to make sure I'm always fair about the situation because it's tough to grow up with divorced parents,” the 52-year-old mom told Harper’s Bazaar UK.

Carey’s insight into her co-parenting arrangement with the “Drumline” actor comes almost a year after he revealed his rare mental disorder.

As The Blast reported, the father of twelve got candid on his “Counsel Culture” podcast, discussing his narcissism diagnosis and admitting that he was seeking help.

Speaking on the mental health condition characterized by a pattern of grandiosity, an excessive need for admiration, and a lack of empathy, Cannon acknowledged he was still learning about the condition.

"I still don't understand it all the way, but I kind of always wanted to get tested for it. I did a bunch of tests," Cannon admitted.

He added, "I've been diagnosed with ADHD. Even as a kid, it was dyslexia, but just knowing that I'm just a neurodivergent individual, I kind of always knew."

Cannon added, "To be able to say I'm an example for others, but also be healing during the self-process works too."
