There's Nothing Complicated About Kris Jenner's Skincare Routine

Kris Jenner is one busy woman. The 65-year-old Kardashian matriarch is famous for creating her family's billion dollar empire. Their rise to fame began over 13 years ago with the premiere of their reality series, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Aside from serving as executive producer of the series, she's also momager to her six children.

With Jenner's help, her daughters have launched successful brands in the cosmetics and fashion world. Between her work and her role of being a mother, Jenner's life can sometimes be hectic. However, the "KUWTK" star knows the importance of unwinding and having some time for yourself.

For many Kardashian fans, it's hard to believe Kris is 65. The star looks just as beautiful now as she did when "KUWTK" premiered in 2007. Throughout the years, things have changed, but Jenner has kept her youthful appearance.

Like other celebs along with a few members of her family, Kris has admitted to having some work done. Her previous plastic surgery procedures include a neck lift, Botox, laser treatments and fillers. Although plastic surgery  did help with Jenner's youthful appearance, she also relies on a skincare routine to keep her looking and feeling refreshed.

Although, other celebrity skincare routines are filled with multiple steps, Jenner doesn't see the use of that. The mom of six believes that when it comes to caring for your skin, simple is the way to go. "I just think it's really important for older women to realize that if they just take care of their skin, it's not complicated," Jenner explained.

Two things that Jenner will always include in her skincare ritual is a good moisturizer and a facial. Although, Jenner's go-to moisturizer is a $215 Thibiant cream, she says she's always open to trying other brands. Another important part of Jenner's skincare routine is using a washcloth to wash your face. Jenner explained that a washcloth "acts as a natural exfoliant by loosening dead skin cells, opens up the pores, and softens the skin, prepping it for your night treatments."

From an early age, Jenner has instilled in her children the importance of personal care. It's something she and her daughters have bonded over throughout the years. The "KUWTK" star says they're always sharing beauty recommendations, trying new products, and participating in beauty experiments. 

Kim Kardashian and her sisters have learned plenty of beauty tips, some of which they share with their mom. "My kids are pretty specific about the way you apply certain products. Like, you rub everything upward and across the face and the neck," Jenner explained. Jenner's love of skincare has helped her daughters, and it's going to be playing a big role in Kris' next business venture.

The Kardashian and Jenner sisters have conquered the beauty industry. Kim's KKW Beauty line and Kylie Jenner'sKylie Cosmetics have become popular brands. Their popularity is so huge that it helped Kim and Kylie join the billionaire's club.

Now, the sisters are going to have some competition, from their own mother. Jenner's lines Kris Jenner Beauty and Kris Jenner Skincare is going to be the next Kardashian franchise taking over the world. This is a project, Jenner has been working on for some time. "About four or five years ago, I decided to formulate a skincare line...I had some samples done up. So I do have a skin-care line that I love that's ready to go."

So when will Jenner's skincare products hit the shelves? Well, it may be a while before Kardashian fans can get their hands on them. Jenner says that she hopes the lines will be ready to launch within the next year or two.
