Lisa Vanderpump opened up about the ninth season of "Vanderpump Rules," which is currently in the midst of production, during the June 5 episode of "The Daily Dish" podcast.
About a month into filming on the new episodes, Vanderpump, who owns SUR Restaurant where the Bravo reality series is based, teased a "complicated" season as she also addressed the recent baby boom amongst the cast.
"Have you ever met any group of friends that say, 'Oh, let's have a baby, let's do it together?'" Vanderpump wondered.

"Like, no, when does that happen? But that group is so closely entwined," she continued, adding that cast members Scheana Shay and Lala Kent welcomed their daughters, Summer Moon Honey Davies and Ocean Kent Emmett, respectively," like six weeks apart."
Although a number of cast members became parents during the time that production on "Vanderpump Rules" was put on a hiatus, Vanderpump said that not everyone grew up.

"Some might be more mature, but definitely you feel that they've been locked up for a year, that's for sure," Vanderpump admitted. "It's already, like, complicated, and it's all kicking off. And I'm like, oh, my god, I missed them all so much, but wow, yeah, it's a lot."
According to Vanderpump, filming on season nine of "Vanderpump Rules" has been "kind of interesting."
"Nobody does it like these kids. And they live their lives like that on-screen and off-screen," Lisa said of her cast mates.

Also during the interview, Vanderpump opened up about her newest reality show, "Vanderpump Dogs," which begins streaming on June 9 on Peacock.
"It's got this real feel-good factor. I think people will love it. I think it's actually the kind of show that you could just watch all of [the episodes] straight away. Because if you love dogs, it is so poignant and [has that] feel-good factor," she shared.
