Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers have been throwing scathing accusations back and forth ever since the latter filed for divorce early this month. The entertainer slammed her ex with domestic violence claims while he accused her of infidelity and substance addiction.

Phypers brought out the big guns in his legal drama with Richards by releasing shocking messages that seemingly captured his estranged wife having an affair. He shared multiple X-rated pictures and texts sent between Richards and a man named Rudy Reyes.

The alleged conversations between Richards and Reyes revealed they first met during her appearance on Fox's reality TV show "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test."The former Bravolebrity's rumored lover appeared as one of the military training program's presenters and "Directing Staff" instructors.

The Daily Mail reviewed the evidence Phypers shared with them, noting the text messages unveiled several plans for hotel hookups and explicit pictures of Richards in lingerie or Reyes naked. There was also a video of the former Recon Marine pleasuring himself, which disgusted Phypers.

Phypers reflected on his discovery of the alleged affair, saying: "I just had this feeling that something was off because her behavior had changed – she was being kind of cool to me." Richards' bizarre behavior fueled his suspicions, and he checked her phone.

"I opened her phone – we both know each other's passwords – so I opened it up, and then I went to her deleted texts, and there were 107 of them between her and this guy. I went through them, and it just broke my heart," Phypers confessed.

He noted he found out about the alleged affair in April and confronted Richards, who begged for forgiveness and promised to end her relationship with Reyes. However, Phypers claimed he discovered she had hooked up with her alleged lover at a Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank the following month.

Phypers explained that he was outraged by Richards' continued affair, noting his discovery of the May incident led to their infamous row over the July 4 weekend. However, he alleged she smashed his phone in the heat of the moment, contrary to initial reports that pinned the blame on both of them.

Following the verbal altercation, Phypers stormed out and filed to end his marriage to Richards. Sources echoed similar sentiments about the outcome of their fight, with The Blast reporting that they claimed the former couple's relationship had long since deteriorated from love to hatred.

"All they were doing was fighting. It was very toxic. Denise is both devastated and relieved at the same time. She is mentally exhausted from the fighting, and she is glad that's over," an insider shared.

They added that Richards was looking forward to her divorce, but she was worried about Phypers dragging out the proceedings.

Phypers released the explicit text messages shortly after Richards denied his infidelity and substance addiction claims. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she addressed the accusations through her attorney, Brett Berman. The legal rep slammed her estranged husband in a statement, alleging:

"In addition to the repeated abuse perpetrated by Mr. Phypers against Ms. Richards throughout the parties' marriage, Mr. Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order."

Berman claimed Phypers was harassing Richards by exposing the private information he stole from her cell phone and laptop. "Ms. Richards will not be responding to Mr. Phypers' false allegations in a public forum, and will be addressing Mr. Phypers' abuse in Court," the attorney concluded.

Phypers clapped back at his estranged wife's attorney, stressing that Richards was infamous for her alleged alcohol and substance addiction after slurring her words on "RHOBH." Additionally, he denied stealing her private information, quipping:

"Nothing was stolen, and nothing is missing, except, perhaps, Ms. Richards' moral compass."

Phypers' comments followed Richards' domestic violence restraining order, a petition The Blast reported she filed seeking protection from his alleged physical abuse.

She claimed he repeatedly attacked her during their marriage, noting he would choke and slap her, and once slammed her head into a bathroom towel rack.
