Brad Pitt Is Still In A Legal Battle With His Other Ex-Wife, Angelina Jolie

Pitt married Jolie in 2014 after his split from Aniston. However, that relationship was soon thrown into chaos following an infamous 2016 airplane incident where the actor allegedly assaulted the "Maleficent" star and their children.
In court documents, Jolie claimed Pitt made her feel "like a hostage" as he allegedly grabbed and pushed her into a wall, per People Magazine. She also claimed that he looked "like he was going to attack" one of their children after they called him a "prick."
They settled their divorce in December 2024, but Jolie mentioned the incident in another court battle over the sale of her share in their jointly owned French winery.
"While Pitt's history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family's September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him," the filing read.
Meanwhile, Pitt has always denied the allegations that he was abusive and was cleared by law enforcement following an investigation.

"No matter the mistake, you know, you just learn from it and you move on, and it'll lead to the next success," he said.
He continued, "Really, I think, you get to my age, and you really see how important it is to surround yourself with, you know, the people you love, the people who will love you back, and friends and family, and that's it. And from there, we get to go make things. So, I think it's a pretty simple, I think, equation."
