The fashion commentator who spent days by her father's side as he fought through Parkinson's and gave the world a final show opened up about her struggles with the possibility of losing a parent last year.
Ozzy Osbourne passed away on Tuesday, 22 July 2025, a few weeks after his concert in Birmingham, and tributes have trickled in by the thousands, praising him for a life well spent.
Ozzy Osbourne's Daughter Reflected On The Volatility Of Parkinson's

Kelly, in an interview with US Weekly last year, revealed that her biggest fear in life was losing a family member due to their close bond with each other. This bond was evident in how they threw all their support behind Ozzy to get him through the trying days with Parkinson's.
However, Kelly shared back then that their best was sometimes not enough to provide comfort to their loved ones, due to the unpredictable nature of the illness.
"We don't know good days from bad days until you're in it. You can plan and plan and plan and plan, but you just don't know until you're actually in the timeframe of when you're supposed to be doing something,"she noted. The TV personality went on to analyze the interesting cycle of life, and it relates to her parents:
"I always look at my parents as being so invincible, and all of a sudden you're realize that like…oh they're fragile and they're a little."
Kelly noted that the realization that it has become her responsibility to look after her parents, who once gave her everything, puts things into a new realm for her.
Fans Commiserate With Kelly Osbourne On Her Father's Death

Kelly's throwback video ignited flames of emotions in the comment sections as fans commented on how impactful Ozzy's death would be on her life.
"I feel so bad for her! She was posting him eating cereal with her baby yesterday morning and then said they all got sick," the Instagram user declared.
Another commenter could only imagine how much the loss of their father would crush Kelly and her siblings, as a third user shared that they "immediately thought of her and how devastated she must be."
A fourth fan declared that a "girl losing her father is beyond a difficult grief," as replies under the statement agreed in unison with one commenter reiterating that "it changes everything."
Ozzy and his wife, Sharon Osbourne, welcomed Kelly in London on October 27, 1984. She has since built several careers in the entertainment industry, including hosting, singing, and even fashion designing.
The 'Fashion Police' Alum Previously Slammed An AI Video Suggesting The Rock Legend Was Dying

Over a week ago, The Blast reported that Kelly took to social media to dispel rumors about her father's worsened health, which was dispelled via a doctored video. In the clip, Ozzy reportedly claimed his health was rapidly declining and his death was imminent.
Kelly condemned the act and wondered why people would choose to put pressure on making such deceptive videos. She affirmed that although her father's health has affected his agility, it was nowhere near a death sentence.
She also cautioned a fan who sent her a concerning message about her father's illness, claiming he had "stage five Parkinson's." Kelly expressed that Parkinson's does not work in stages and advised the fan to stop watching AI-generated content, which peddled lies about her father's true health condition.
Inside The Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer's Health Battle

As shared by The Blast, Ozzy did not officially disclose his diagnosis until 2020, despite dealing with symptoms of the disease since 2003. On his battle with Parkinson’s, the singer expressed that he was not having it any easy in a 2023 interview with Piers Morgan.
The nerve-wrecking illness had him in a lot of pain, and his nasty fall in 2019, which left him dealing with the aftermath of a serious back surgery, did not make it any easier.
Ozzy suffered a neck injury from the fall during a stage performance on tour, and he was forced to postpone all tour dates on the "No More Tours II."
The extensive recovery from the surgery, which affected his nerves and practically made him numb from his arms down to his legs, made 2019 and 2020 a very challenging year for him. Ozzy was quite unsure if it made his Parkinson’s disease worse.
Ozzy Osbourne's Kids From His First Marriage Paid Their Respects

The "Mama I'm Coming Home" singer fathered six children in total from two marriages, although his two older kids with Thelma Riley stayed out of the spotlight.
They also shared a distant bond with the rock singer, as he was rarely at home while they grew up, even before he divorced Thelma and married Sharon in 1982. Louis and Jessica Osbourne publicly reacted to his passing by paying online tributes to the icon. Louis, who is a DJ, removed his profile picture in honor of his dad's memory.
Jessica also shared a picture of the rock legend on her Instagram story, captioning it "RIP Ozzy" alongside his track "Crazy Train" playing in the background.
Alongside Jessica, Louis, Sharon, Aimee, Kelly, and Jack, who are his biological kids, Ozzy also adopted Elliot Kingsley, his stepson from his marriage with Thelma.
