In a new Instagram video, Johnson posted a video of himself holding a huge bass fish.
“I just want to show you guys really quickly, I just hauled out this good, I should say six, seven, possibly eight-pounder," he says. "Look at the beautiful belly on this fish, beautiful colors too as well. This is one nice healthy fish.”
That's right: Johnson doesn't just love fishing to relieve stress. He actually owns a fish farm where he raises his own fish!

In a lengthy caption, Johnson explained that he has been "raising my fish for over a decade now - largemouth bass, stripped bass, trout, carp, sunfish, etc."
He also explained that he works closely with "a great team of university biologists" to ensure that the fish have a healthy ecosystem in which to grow.
In an earlier post, he explained, "I have specialists come in to inspect the water, vegetation and ecosystem to make sure they're living like the top of the food chain predators they are."
"All my fish are fat, healthy, happy and AGGRESSIVE TO EAT - like their owner," he joked.

The "Jumanji" actor, who went to high school in Honolulu, Hawaii, reveals that he developed his love for fishing early on.
"I fell in love with fishing when I was a little boy, so quiet time like this away from the noise means everything to me," he wrote.
Even though fishing can be relaxing, Johnson has previously joked about how the fish won't always bite when he wants.
"Big daddy comes home to recharge his batteries & spend time with them and not even one of these ungrateful fat hogs will strike my top water plug I've been working for an hour now," he shared back in 2017.

The "Titan Games" host knows the importance of self-care to an overall healthy lifestyle, especially when he's busy preparing for a role or working out in the gym.
Or both, in the case of his upcoming role as comic book hero Black Adam, described as being "blessed with the powers of Superman and dangerous magic from the wizards."
