Model Kindly Myers is giving her fans some good advice on how to stay fit!

The Army National Reserve veteran showed off her toned abs in a mirror selfie while giving her followers some "tough love" when it came to exercise and nutrition.

Kindly Myers Captivates In Her Tiny Crop Top

In one Instagram post that featured the popular model showing off her fit figure in a crop top and tiny thong, she opened up about all the different ways to achieve her sculpted physique without crash diets or plastic surgery.

“Things I would tell you about getting fit if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings,” she wrote in the text over the video, along with a long list of suggestions that began with “If you think lifting weights makes you bulky, you’ve clearly never lifted consistently enough to find out.”

Kindly Myers Shares Exercise Advice

She also suggested that her followers don't need "another" workout plan and recommended that they follow the same one for four weeks without quitting. She also recommended avoiding supplements until they got down the "basics," like movement, nutrition, and sleep.

The popular model also warned her followers that it was impossible to achieve a "toned" look without building muscle and advised her followers to reassess their strategy in the gym if they feel like they have hit a plateau.

Kindly: 'Fat Loss Isn't Complicated'

Moving on, she warned her followers, "Fat loss isn’t complicated. You just don’t want to give up your weekend drinking." She also reminded followers that they need a consistent routine in the gym if they want to lose weight and build muscle.

"Random classes and 10-minute TikTok workouts will never build the body you keep pinning on your vision board," she wrote, advising fans who are "too busy" to hit the gym to "make it a priority."

She added, "Your fitness routine is supposed to challenge you, not coddle you."

In terms of dieting, Kindly does not avoid carbs and told her followers that eating fruit is not responsible for belly fat. "It’s eating more than your level of activity," she wrote.

Focusing on nutrition, the former soldier added, "Your metabolism isn’t slower. Studies show that your metabolism doesn’t slow down, but your level of activity does."

She also reminded followers that eating protein won't make you "bulky," as it is essential for building muscle.

Skipping back to exercise, she told her followers that they will never grow muscle if they refuse to lift heavy, overdo cardio, and under-eat.

She also said that walking is a "baseline for being a human" and did not count it as a workout. Her final word of advice? "You’re not consistent if you keep starting over every Monday," she concluded.

Fans Love Her Weekend Drinking Advice

Fans were quick to praise her honesty. “As a bartender, I love the one about not giving up their weekend drinking. I get more people trying to cut calories by drinking soda as their mixer and/or seltzers but drink 5-7 days a week,” one fan commented.

“I once overheard this guy in the gym telling his friend, ‘I don’t know. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to lose this belly fat. ' Friend says, ‘Do you drink beer?’ Guy pauses and says, ‘Yeah…’ friend says, ‘Yeah, that’s why,’” another follower agreed. Other fans assured the model that she was not getting "too bulky" and loved seeing her ab definition.
