911 Call Made To Scott Wolf’s Home As Tensions With Estranged Wife Escalate

A tense 911 call made from Scott Wolf's Utah home revealed fears that his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was planning to violate a court-ordered restraining order during a heated moment in their ongoing divorce battle.

The incident occurred a few weeks before Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf reached a new custody agreement, with the temporary restraining order being dropped.

According to audio obtained by Us Weekly, an unidentified man called authorities on the night of June 27, informing the Summit County Sheriff's Office that his "estranged wife" might show up at the Park City residence he shared with his children and potentially cause a scene.

"I have a restraining order against my estranged wife," the caller stated. "There was some reason to believe, through friends, that she was going to show up at the house with someone tonight … and kinda make a scene."

The man added that he was returning home from out of town with his three children and feared his wife may have known his travel schedule. "She knew what flight we were gonna be on," he said.

The incident occurred the month before the "Party of Five" and "Doc" actor was granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

As part of the new temporary agreement, Scott Wolf will remain in charge of the couple's marital finances, continuing to cover household expenses.

Additionally, he has agreed to provide Kelley with $10,000 per month to help cover her living expenses. The actor will also take care of her car payments, minimum credit card obligations, and select attorney fees.

While this financial arrangement offers immediate support, it is subject to change based on future court rulings or updated terms agreed upon by both parties.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Scott alleged Kelley had exhibited "an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties' minor children."

Kelley, a certified life and personal development coach, also accused Scott of abuse and was subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold. She later claimed she was subjected to police brutality during a second detainment.

"They tried to keep me for 90," she wrote on July 6. "I will not be quiet anymore. I cannot be quiet anymore."

The mother of three also posted photos of visible bruises and claimed she broke her wrist after allegedly being "thrown down stairs" by police. "This is the SECOND time," she emphasized, referring to another involuntary hold following her earlier accusations of abuse against Scott.

However, the sheriff's office denied her claims.

"We are aware of several photographs and social media posts circulating that inaccurately claim 'Summit County Police' responded to an incident at Sundance," the statement read. "I can confirm that the Summit County Sheriff's Office was not involved in any response to Sundance on July 6."

Before their divorce turned contentious, Scott and Kelley Wolf publicly acknowledged their separation with grace and mutual respect.

On June 10, Kelley announced the end of their 21-year marriage in a heartfelt Instagram post.

"It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage," she wrote at the time. "This has been a long, quiet journey for me, rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children."

Despite the emotional toll, Kelley expressed admiration for her estranged husband, adding, "Scott Wolf is one of the best fathers I've ever known and one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with. My priority has always been their well-being and my healing. That will never change."

Scott followed with his statement:

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley. Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Though the weeks that followed would see the divorce take a more turbulent turn, their initial statements reflected a shared commitment to co-parenting and protecting their children through the transition.
